What vehicle are you testing? Seems Diesel but if I recall that much fuel dumped in would not really be helping from what I can tell it is putting in too much fuel and not enough air. Hence any well tuned diesel doesn't burn black.

lol I know what nitrous oxide is. Smoke is still particles in the air and still unburned fuel none-the-less. I know that if you are able to push the more dense pure oxygen there will be less wasted fuel because the air to fuel mixture will be better. As a personal opinion though I would still take a smaller Diesel in a car that puts out 550Flbs of torque and 400HP because what the fuck is the point of having any 1/2T to 1T truck with ANYTHING over 600HP and 800lbs of torque?

UMMMMMM????? I don't know...maybe a 32ft. gooseneck? Where as you can actually make money by doing that with a built/fun to drive truck and still smoke most things on the road. And if you have a modded diesel (as I do) and pushin 600hp and only 800lbs of torque...you have problems. You should be at about 1300lbs or so. I'm at 517hp and 1238tq

It is just the turbo spooling down. The exhaust is large and completely open to the turbine. That is why you can hear it so well. All turbos do that when you let off if they are wound enough.
