  • Great video! Thanks for the info! :)

  • If you don't want to use oil, can you use water to kinda steam it instead?

  • @LikeOLikeHInYourGut try coconut oil. it's the healthiest oil there is!!!

  • THe music is hilarious. Some kind of dramatic bok choy cook off/street getaway race

  • @TotalSilencification It's EPIC BOK CHOY TIME!!! :D

  • very good demo, but the music was too loud and distracting at times. No music next time please :-)

  • Yeah, the music doesn't work. Drowned out the instructions. Other than that it looks good. Tried Bok Choy for the first time Friday, and I love it!

  • Yum.

  • The music was so beautiful and added to the intensity of this horrid looking bok choy

  • hot wok is better

  • If you add the garlic first, don't you burn the garlic by the time the stems are done? I would think it would turn the garlic bitter unless you add a watery liquid.

  • @RelentlessWellness That's what I was thinking, but the moisture from the Bok Choy may keep the garlic from burning.

  • Great really helpful .

  • @freddydahlgoldstein Bland ≠ Awful

  • Was helpful.

  • Need the radio turned down next time when the lady in the yellow top is talking.

  • great video, music is a nice touch

  • excellent!

  • use the wok to cook is better

  • I really enjoyed your video. I didn't mind the music, it was good, except it was a bit difficult for me to hear what the narrator was saying; it kind of drowned it out. Great video!

Also: Was that like a pan/wok hybrid? I noticed the "extra large/deep" lid which I haven't really ever seen before. I want to get into using a wok more and doing things with stir-fry's.

    Thanks for the post!

The musis did get too loud at one point and I got distracted. The wave noises in the soundtrack, like at 3:42, did not make much sense either.

i use to date a taiwanese woman and she will make this amazing soups! i did not check all your videos yet but i hope u have some teaching how to do some noodle soups or others...miss the food sooo much

great video! but i have to agree with few of the comments the music was a bit loud but it happened to me too in my cooking video haha

  • Some constructive criticism:

The music went up too high at certain points, which started to overwhelm the talking

An aside about marinating meat was off-topic iMO.

Some points about cleaning/chopping the Bok Choy would have made this more complete.

    Thanks for your efforts though.

  • please turn down your back-ground music - it's hard to understand you at times , and it is so interesting to hear what you are saying , I hate to miss anything. Thanks !

  • It's hard to hear her at 1:50 because of the music.
