you need to keep your fingers slightly curved at all times, like you are holding an egg, they are tootooo tense that's why you lost feeling haha i have that problem someitmes too, you should do this video again you can do it better

to make the left hand easier, try rolling your fingers because your fingers are too flat which would explain the feel
