I'm almost certain this album was the first time I ever heard the word "sex machine" when I was 7 years old in 1972. Thanks for posting this... what a blast from the past!
I noticed how much Spectacular Spider-Man series Green Goblin sounds like this-this being one of the first vocal interpretations of GG. Interesting. I wonder if they referenced this for the voice. I like this voice.
Spider-Man is played by René Auberjonois of Benson and Deep Space Nine. The Kingpin is played by Thayer David of Dark Shadows and Rocky. All songs were composed and sung by Ron Dante of The Archies (Sugar Sugar) and producer of Barry Manilow's 1970's albums. This album is great. Anyone know who played Dr. Strange?
i have to find that voice must find that voice first the volcher shows up i kept hearing that voice must find that voice then the lizard then the green goblin i kept hearing spider man spider man i had to find that voice then they surrounded me i kept running faster and faster i started falling and they started closeing in on me
must find that voice those spirits were haunting me i kept slinging my webs all over the place i lost my grip and i was falling and all they could do was haunt me thank god it was all a dream
lord, i remember this, it was a 33 1/3 long playing record, I was still so young then that everything still fascinated me, including watching a the record with the bubba on the label turn around. And how i remember the song. I think i was in a store with my mother when i saw the record prominently displayed and i asked my mother for it, not knowing anything about spiderman, just was attracted to the unusual cover. thanks for posting
Wanted to buy this when I was a little kid, but $5.95 was like 25 bucks today. Thanks for sharing!

I loved this record, and kept it for decades. Then it disappeared on one of my many moves. Thanks so much for sharing it!

Nice job. I still have this record. This was one of my favorite records as a kid. The songs were great. This used to pump me up when I was down.

WoW. I remember trading this record for a pile of Eternals and 2 Giant Sized adventures. Should have kept the record.

This record was part of my childhood. I particularly like the theme song by the 1910 Fruitgum Company.
