Watching this video on my imac g4 witch i just bought second hand. It is so beautiful! There still isn't a better designed computer after more then 10 years. But that is just my opinion. Nice to see this video!

Wall-E was a little reference to this line of iMacs. If you listen carefully, you can hear that Wall-E´s battery sound is the startup sound of all newer Apple computers.

Upon further investigation, I discovered that Steve Jobs is also CEO of PIXAR animation studios. but yeah that makes much more sense. In fact, many of us were very surprised when Safari suddenly became available and believe me, using Explorer 5 on my new iMac G4 in 2002 was awful.

I have a imac g4 for over 8 years and it still works great with Leopard installed .It has all my Music, Movies, and photos which is a lot and still no problems with this machine .I love the design it is wonderful to work on .When people come around it always gets noticed even with the newer faster intel mac I have still love the imac g4 better.

@likeewoahhh95 Nope, unless you look on eBay or something for a used one. They stopped selling them in 2005 I think when the G5 model came out that shares the same design layout as the current iMacs, only they were white plastic rather than Aluminium.

@bilox2000 It'll be slow but you should be able to get it somewhat updated. There is an airport slot in the bottom of them (you do have to open it up, there are videos showing how to do that) so you can add wifi if it doesn't have an airport card already. I believe the last version of OSX to support the G4 is Snow Leopard which should support Firefox. I installed linux on my G4, rather than OSX, so I have all the newest software.
