Why didn't they give the characters any emotion when they're attacked? Dunno if there is a reason why Bioware did this, but it certainly takes a lot of the immersion and realism out of awesome scenes like that. For example, they scream in pain when they're electrified but with their mouth clamped shut :P and that scientist who got stabbed in the stomach just stared blankly into space and took it like a boss XD
