i really like this game and like the idea of bringing it back for the 3ds for people who dont have a nintendo 64 or a wii, but the one problem i have with it is that it either is or almost a complete replica of the 64 verison only with better graphics. if the ever make a majoras mask 3ds game, i hope they change the game if only a little bit. but i still have to say ocarina of time is a good zelda game either way. Thumbs this up if you want a Majora's Mask remake too. Majora's Mask is also one of the best games of all time. It's an unbelievably good sequel that does Ocarina of Time a great deal of justice. Many, & quite frankly myself included, would argue that it's better than Ocarina of Time. With a name, an e-mail address & an optional comment, you can help MM get the recognition it deserves.
Dude Nintendo is trying to hard with the 3ds while Zelda is a great game. It being on the 3ds is not going to make me want to invest money in brand new 3ds when there are other more cheaper game consoles for the game consoles for the same gaming value

actually this hd looks disappointing, except for the improved shadows, doesn't look that different. I thought they would up its graphics to the awesome level that twilight princess looks like.
@Jormungrandrserpent i agree, but remember, they did improve (most) of the wall / floor textures (smoother images), but if they wanted to make it have graphics like twilight princess, they would have to completely remove pretty much every character / object, then reconfigure / add polygons to today's standards. since this isn't a whole new game, but a remake, we should be happy they changed the graphics at all, besides the 3D.
@angryaznman There's a reason behind them not making it in the same art style as Twilight Princess. They kept to the original consept art instead and it feels the same. I got a nostalgia kick out of it, and it's a new game! And the added Master Quest mode is a welcome edition! And the 3D adds even more life to an already breathing world. This is a great game. The game feels like the original but it's amplified greatly by the better graphics, and the 3D makes it even more beautiful!

It's awesome that they used the original Ocarina of Time Promo and Music. Although I think it is a little different, but still brings back good memories.
Of course that shit had to be on 3DS which i don't own, nor will I be purchasing. I'm kind of disappointed seeing as I played nothing but the N64 for ten years.

@Ginny191 Ummm, the 3DS is the successor to the DS. This game is made up entirely for the 3DS, and a regular DS wouldn't be able to handle it. Sorry to break it to you, but the DS will slowly be phased out.
@haydenjurko it's fine. the only problem is the trailer itself. it was meant to be an updated version of the 98 trailer. so it's a bunch of fast clips mixed with text. and the text is what messes with me because it's too "close" while the game video has more depth. so it's like you're looking at something in the distance and suddenly someone throws a sign in your face. yeah that sucks. but that wont happen ingame so it's no problem.
Actually I never intend on buying a 3DS and why play the new improved version when obviously the classic game is better... It just ruins the whole feel of it.

@elgoog9942 Why would Nintendo release their first party titles on other platforms? Those are what keep their consoles alive. Playing Mario or Zelda on a non-Nintendo console just wouldn't feel right.

@Ginny191 Ummm, the 3DS is the successor to the DS. This game is made up entirely for the 3DS, and a regular DS wouldn't be able to handle it. Sorry to break it to you, but the DS will slowly be phased out.

@haydenjurko it's fine. the only problem is the trailer itself. it was meant to be an updated version of the 98 trailer. so it's a bunch of fast clips mixed with text. and the text is what messes with me because it's too "close" while the game video has more depth. so it's like you're looking at something in the distance and suddenly someone throws a sign in your face. yeah that sucks. but that wont happen ingame so it's no problem.
