Lovely. Don't worry about the out of tune piano too much - listen to some of Aretha Franklin's old stuff, the piano is well out of tune but it all adds to the sound - perfection is boring! Real piano beats a digital one every time.

I feel your frustration, however~~ recording on a professional mic requires other equipments. would be a good.. no great investment for her but the whole recording setup costs alot... it's probably more reasonable for us to ask her to do a recording take in a studio session.. but hey we're not providing money for her to setup a home studio or do a session so~ it's what they say "beggers can't be choosers"
