@Kaboose666 I'll give you that. They definatly had the right idea with the free roaming and all but it was pretty stupid how your alone the whole time unless you do co-op. Playing as a marine made no differance to me. People always said "Your not a spartan anymore, your now an odst" It didnt matter in the end. in the end you still felt like a spartan because you did a whole lot of crazy shit for a "normal" human.

Okay,to clarify the debate over the timeline,I will say a few things.I do not know about the duration between Reach and Halo 1,but based on astrophysics,and the fact that the Pillar of Autumn used its Shaw-Fujikawa Engine,I'd guess that it was a few days,maybe weeks,but for now I agree with AlexMcPwnr on that one,but anyways,the timeline is:Halo Wars(First contact with the Covenant and the Flood),Halo:Reach,Halo 1, Halo 2,Halo 3:ODST(but its kind of the same time as H2),and Halo 3.

And yes the new xbox 360 can still get the red ring of death (RROD) but if you keep it in a well ventilated area I assure you that you wont have any problems and that you can last years with it. The Xbox 360 isnt better than the ps3 because they both depend on what type of a gamer you are, but they do have certain things that could make you like one more than the other.

Master Chief, or for that matter any Spartan-IIs other than Jorge-052, will NOT be in the possible "Firefight" for Halo: Reach, because the characters of Halo: Reach are Spartan-IIIs. Carter, Emile, Kat, and Jun are war orphans from the beginning of the Human-Covenant War, and were inducted into the Spartan-III, a.k.a. "fire-and-forget", program.

Ergo, The 24 other Spartan-IIs during the fall of Reach "shouldn't" be available...but hey, could be wrong. Check out G4's X-Play April 26-30 for news
