Theres hay bales in stacks in other places such as the small shack in between draynor village and lumbridge or in the training room in varrock (right by the east bank)

And I believe you can kill the single black knight by Draynor village instead.

theres one outside of the lesser demons like in the tunnel and u can just kill the ones outside of the black knights fortress you dont have to go inside
