This is the song "PotatOS Lament" without the instrumental in the background.

I have no idea what she's saying, but from the sound of it, this is not the same as the official version. The melody's a bit tweaked here.

@TheLastTestSubject Actually, this song is in what Ellen McLain calls her "bad high-school latin." Cara Mia was wrote in what she calls her "bad high-school Italian." She wrote them both herself, but she's not fluent in the languages, which is why it's a bit difficult for people to get an accurate translation.

this is actually a sound file underneath the normal track when you first get to old aperture. when your walking past the acid water and looking at the enrichment spheres this is playing as part of the soundtrack.
