If you had one long closet with a bifold door at each end, and wanted to knock out the wall between the doors to install big sliders, would you bridge the headers or tear it all out to put in a brand new beefed up header the full length (72")? Currently I'm thinking of bridging it to save time, money, labour, and materials. I'm just concerned about the structural integrity. Granted it's not a bearing wall, is this acceptable?
What are those springs for? Sorry I could not really hear the video. thks.
