@paper5tr3et7 Great race no doubt, but hands down the most spectacular season of racing came out of the AMA Daytona Sportbike Championship. Every race was a battle like this except it was between 5 to 6 riders every race. The championship was decided at the final race during a 9 lap sprint to the finish after a re-start.
@bigwl3 Completely agree, It's been my fav championship this year, AMA really stepped it up. I'm usually more of a BSB fan but AMA rocked this shit this year. That one race where Bobby Fong won by literally 8mm. I was finally just excited to see something happen on the world stage.

Well i think this was an EPIC battle and they can be considered lucky since they ended 2nd and 3rd..the unlucky part is that there was one turn left to win.

and as for the lascorz crash at silverstone, laverty was ahead of lascorz, at not point did laverty have any knowledge of lascorz being that close behind him up until the actual collision, it was just a horrible incident
Of course he didn't this crash intentionally. But what I see is that, The pass he tried was impossible at that point of the corner. They will crash anyway when they entering the next corner, even Laverty didn't fall. I absoultely believe that Laverty tought "Either I'll win the race or I'll crash and will take him with me"
@sinancetinkaya it certainly was more aggresive like rossi and stoner laguna but catalunya was something else it went straight to the wire, each rider with the same pace, last corner,
