about a year ago, i was on my way to a local casino and saw a BAD accident in where a benz suv was swung around a complete circle; i stopped, called 911 (chp) and made sure everyone in the suv was ok; couldn't see where the driver of the other car went; but the driver, a few minutes later, came up to me and said that someone had hit him also; when the chp came, the cop said he was "drunk off his ass"; i was laughin; the people in the suv were fine

That guy should have been deposited to a special program for alcohol related offense instead of being allowed to drive in a way that he would be a threat to anybody on all city streets and freeways. Fortunately it is a relief to know that nobody was hurt in that ordeal. My gratitude to the all CHP officers involved in arresting that drunk driver, including you nik :-) You are wonderful and decent human beings.
