Whenever I go into the 'services' part of GT5(where you can overhaul the chassis or engine etc) I hate that cheesy music that plays(and I love classical music) why not just leave MY playlist music keep playing? they really didn't think about the user when making this game.
And the customizing really is limited(I know it's suppose to be a simulator) but it could easily have vinyl, paint and rims customizing etc.
All you fanboys are missing out, i own both games and play both equally. I have both hooked up using HDMI cables and while GT5 has the edge in graphics , Forza 3 looks pretty damn good too.

You can tune the car in any way, you can customize the aero kits, customize wheels, and have any color you want. But no livery editor. I don't really want a livery editor, but still...

@ManiakP0w3r All the reviews I've seen have criticized GT5's inconsistent graphics. I have played it on a '50 inch Samsung plasma screen and it looks average at best. The blotchy shadows kind of make all the cars look glitchy. I've seen some cars in GT5 that were ported from the PSP game Lol.

Whenever I go into the 'services' part of GT5(where you can overhaul the chassis or engine etc) I hate that cheesy music that plays(and I love classical music) why not just leave MY playlist music keep playing? they really didn't think about the user when making this game.
And the customizing really is limited(I know it's suppose to be a simulator) but it could easily have vinyl, paint and rims customizing etc.
I miss Need for Speed Underground =/

Also, PS3 was not out before the 360, PS3 lost, and it doesn't matter what would've happened if the PS3 was out first, because IT WAS NOT. PS3 is a great console, GT5 is a great game, but Forza still beats it IMO.

FYI, making a game exclusive to one console is not always an economically good decision. Although it may increase console sales slightly, i personally wouldn't buy a console just for one game, and you'd only have to sell 3 copies of a game to make up for a 360 console. GT5 is great, Forza is great (and better in my opinion), deal with it.

@ManiakP0w3r Forza 3 has almost 500 cars ALL of which are very detailed and have a rendered cockpit. GT5 only has like 200 cars that actually are fully rendered with a cockpit. The rest (800) are ported from GT4 and are low detail, low-res. And GT5 has stadiums filled with cardboard cut-out spectators and flat trees!

@ManiakP0w3r All the reviews I've seen have criticized GT5's inconsistent graphics. I have played it on a '50 inch Samsung plasma screen and it looks average at best. The blotchy shadows kind of make all the cars look glitchy. I've seen some cars in GT5 that were ported from the PSP game Lol.
Metacritic: GT5= 84 Forza 3= 92
Forza 3 wins officially and I do feel sorry for GT fans :(
