  • All Clinton supporters should feel absolutely betrayed by their own party after this past campaign. Thank God FDR and Harry Truman aren't here anymore. Between Obama and Jimmy "I Love Hamas Terrorists" Carter, even the two former presidents would be utterly embarassed and no longer recognize their once-great party. Let's also not forget that even Ronald Reagan was a proud Democrat until the party started to go down the toilet, and it's been going further down ever since.

  • I loved Harriet. I made her my ringtone. I had to mute my phone at work because it was screaming "INADEQUATE BLACK MALE" whenever I got a call.

    ROFL

  • wtf? LMAO!

  • It made for some intersting elevator rides...

  • Well the so-called "Inadequate Black Male" Won and will be sworn on 1/20/09.

  • First campaign to which I ever donated time or money.

  • Hillary wouldn't dare to run for president again while Obama is in there. Biden will not get a heart attack FOOL! Obama got majority votes and that's all that matters! FUCK the primaries! Obama will be our president until 2016 so GET USED TO IT!

  • Comment removed

  • There IS a third option. John Edwards has a better chance of becoming a Presidential Nominee than Clinton. the DNC Will NEVER allow Hillary to be elected President. The Party HATES Clinton far more than the Republicans.

We Need to get her name on the Ballot & then GET HER ELECTED!

Hate McCain as much as you did last week? VOTE CLINTON as a Protest Vote!

If WE THE PEOPLE Get together... cross party lines & send a message that WE not a Political Machine Elect who WE want WE will win!

  • women should have never been allowed to vote!

  • RIGHT ON!

  • You Fucked Hillary and now we are going to Fuck you DNC!!!!!!!!

    See ya Obama....

  • I understand the feelings have been hurt for a lot of Hillary supporters. I supported her. But the idea of going with McCain to spite the Democratic Party and Obama doesn't make sense to me.

Why would I all of a sudden vote for a pro-life candidate whose pro-war and pro-huge deficits?

Leaving Hillary for a guy who is surrounding himself with neo-cons is about the worst thing we could do Hill supporters. Time to unite and put the Republicans away for four years.

  • I don't see these people acting rude, only that they be heard, which the DNC seems to have disreguarded what the people wanted. Vote your voice at the DNC convention in Denver.

  • McCain would continue Bush's economic policies that do NOT work. Look at our economy now. Our economy sucks! Every time our economy tanks, a Repubican is President! Herbert Hoover - Great Depression Dwight Eisenhower - 1957 Recession Richard Nixon - 1971 Recession Gerald Ford - stagflation in 1973 Ronald Reagan - "Black Monday," Oct. 19, 1987 George H. W. Bush - 1991 Recession George W. Bush - right now! We deserve a change. Vote Barack Obama.
  • barrack obama 08 the best choice the person that can bring change to the country

  • The dnc can play all the games they want. They have isolated a large portion of their own party and Obama will go down in flames. Just look at the current polls. "O" has lost his massive lead and many Dem state are now in play. Didn't he promise to put the Republican states in lay.

Obama is doomed. Get over it.

    Have a nice day. :)

  • Did you see what President Clinton said today that he was not a racist ?. A president and the family, who supported the african american population for years and even once hailed as the first african american president, their name and service were tarnished and labeled as racist. This is not just politics. It can hurt people who really cares about something. I could see that frustration and disappointment in Clinton's comment. But still Hillary is supporting Obama. She is the best.

  • DNC and the bylaws committee gave Obama delegates from MI where he took his name off the ballot willingly and consciously. In addition, they gave some bonus delegates which were won by Hillary fairly to Obama for no reason. The flawed reason they argued, shows why people don't like biased politicians. The reason : Polls showed many of the uncommitted were for Obama. ONLY IN THIS ELECTION DID I SEE THE ULTIMATE BLUNDER OF DEMOCRACY BY AWARDING DELEGATES ACCORDING TO POLLS AND STRIPPING DELEGATES.

  • This weekend, Obama asked the DNC to reinstate the full voting rights to FL & MI. I was dumbfounded by this news. These obama people were fighting with Hillary supporters in the primary, not to give full delegates which would nominated Hillary & they won with the help of DNC. Now fearing the people of FL & MI (also he has clinched the nomination), Obama is asking for the full seating. DNC members are so thrilled about this news & saying that Obama is unifying the party. How wonderful !!

  • That actually is not true. Obama never stood in the way of Michigan and Florida votes being counted. He said he would back whatever decision the DNC made in regards to counting the two states' votes. I never understood why people tried to blame this fiasco on Clinton, Obama, or the DNC. Their frustration lies soley in the fact that their state election officials knowingly went against DNC rules and moved up their election dates. These people were barking up the wrong tree, and still are.

  • No. Obama supporter (Wexler) from FL presented this idea to make half delegates and supported to offer Obama the uncommitted. If Obama's intention is to seat the whole delegation, he should have done it on that day through Wexler. But he didn't. By doing so, means he will lose to Hillary. Now that he is fearing about the general election, he is pandering to those people. My question is simple..it was a flawed election..but does it mean that the decision has to be also flawed ?.

  • Again....Neither candidate has control over what the DNC rules and decisions. And Obama even if the DNC had given Michigan and Florida full votes, Obama would still have clenched the nomination before Hillary. I only hope that by November, we have all put aside our bruised egos and "woulda, coulda, shouldas" to think not only about the good of the party, but the good of the country.

  • Again NO, If they have offered Hillary her full delegates in FL and MI, and Obama got his delegates in FL, Hillary would have won the nomination. How can anyone believe DNC since they would support their favorite candidate ?. What are you going to tell those voters in FL and MI enthusiastically voted for their candidate. I don't care about the party. This party doesn't seem to be helping people as in voting for oil drilling, biased over some of their candidates and so on.

  • Hmmm. Apparently we don't follow the same news sources.

  • I think, though some people lost their cool, it was understandable. According to The Daily Howler, a great media watch site, the DNC never issued a demand that candidates stay out of Michigan, and Obama himself told local media that he was going to be on the MI ballot then abruptly pulled out the next day, on the deadline. I suspect he had no chance in either state & knew it & hatched a phony controversy to get 1/2 the MI delegates outright - & to kill HRC's momentum. "Change we can believe in?"

  • this is why they were kicked out acting like kids fools

  • I hope that those of you who supported Hillary and are now determined to:

    A. Write in Hillary's name, or

    B. Vote for McSame, or

    C. Stay home and pout on election day,

will recognize the fact that any of these three options will help McSame win in the fall, and IF you are a pro-choice feminist who values women's rights, and health care for women, you will realize you are working against your own interests.

  • Hillary supporters don't vote on issues.

  • The Democratic Party doesn't need unity, it needs Democrats. What it has, are Marxists and Socialists. If the Democrats need a Democrat, the Republicans have one, but he is busy running for president.

  • LOL @ you assuming bitter Hillary supporters are rational people.

  • obama 08!!!

  • I so don't blame the Hillary supporters expressing disapoval!

  • If you listen to the video the rudest people were clinton supporters because they lost the worst way possible..slowly and they saw it coming. This whole thing could have been avoided if Howard the dumbass Dean worked something out before Florida and Michigan held their primaries. To say that the elections that did happen were fair is a lie.Despite record turnout a lot of people stayed home that would have voted. In Michigan over 40 percent voted noncomitted aka against hilary.

  • is that so? Did u know more than 75% of the ppl who got tickets to this event were Obama supporters....Thats leaves only about 25% were Hillary supporters...So I can almost guarantee that it was mostly the Obama people acting rude, not Hillary supporters... SCREW THE DNC!

    LOVE U HILLARY! GO MCCAIN!

  • so it was Obama supporters chanting Denver? please stop.

  • Wow. You are so ignorant. This meeting with the DNC was to seat delegates from both Florida and Michigan. A lot of the people in the audience, whether they supported Obama or Clinton, were from these two states. A lot of them felt that this is a DEMOCRACY and that every vote should count. A lot of them again felt that their rights were being taken away by not counting all of the votes. So it was both sides shouting Denver. Thanks Asshole...

    LOVE YOU HILLARY! GO MCCAIN!

  • are you seriously trying to tell me this wasn't an organized protest? seriously? you cannot possibly be this naive.

  • Thats what were doing! voting 4 mccain in 08

  • Good luck to you and your pals, Karl Rove and Rush Limbaugh! Go GOP!

  • Wow...that was really out of line.

  • You can really feel the division.

  • I feel evil spirits coming from the Denver chant! It feels spooky.....

  • Do you think you can distract the country with all this bullshit...

The record you are defending has 14% of Americans thinking we are on the right track!

    P.S....The world is fucking round!

  • Hell, I'd be booing too.

  • Gallup poll or not, Clinton Supporters are not voting Obama, I know at least 3/4 of them that are not...

and yes the media can cover up all they want, but in November we shall see, guess that is why states she carried, Tenn, KY, WV, Ohio, Fla, NH, are all red on the map... go look for yourself...

  • Really? You, yourself, actually know 75% of the people that voted for Hillary Clinton over the course of the primary? That's pretty impressive...

  • Obama's leading Mccain in Florida in pretty much every recent poll conducted. if you're gonna lie, do it properly.

  • Since when were Tennessee, Kentucky, and West Virginia ever on the map as swing states to begin with?

  • Obama is the ruler!

  • No not skin color. Not at all. And calling Hillary supporters stupid is quite common in the Barrack camp. Though I will likely still vote for Barrack, I can tell you that his supporters have gone as far as strangling women to make their point against Hillary. It is not about skin color he is half white anyway, his mother raised him and his mother is white. SO get off it!

  • Anyone that would vote for McCain because Hillary didn't win is not voting on the issues. They are voting based on the color of someone's skin. There are some stupid Hillary voters that will ruin their own lives just because the person they wanted didn't win. It is like if there is a car mechanic that you are used to wasn't able to fix your car. So instead of going to a black mechanic who does the same job for the same price...you would rather take it to the dealer and pay double. Idiots...

  • No it is because we ain't having no FAGGOT as our president. If you want a FAGGOT to be your president, I feel sorry for you. And they can just quit trying to play the "Stupid-Card", because how is a 20 year old punk homo going to call us stupid. Come on, how smart can you be at that age when you haven't even been around long enough to have experienced life outside of highschool. What a bunch of aids loving homos.

  • Hillary wont run with obama!!!!!!!! Obama is for change and so all the people....Obama 08!!!!!!!

  • Hillary could have been a potential president.

Now I want Hillary as VP or Obama won't make it

  • hillary will bring down obama in the general election, he's not gonna pick her and most dems acknowledge that, they're gona vote for him anyway. New Gallup poll suggests that clinton supporters are going behind obama now

  • Are you sure about that Hillary could get in the election? This kind off crap puzzles me. Especially since most states voted for Barak. And, I'm very disapointed in both the bad-ass Democrates and the voters for choosing Barak istead of Hillary. In my opinion, Barak isn't ready to be President. Sorry to get into details.

  • obama is inexperienced yes, but he is extremely inteligent and appears 2 have excellent judgement. Even though john mccain is a lot more experienced in the senate you atill don't know what kind of president he'll be. These elections in the end are nothing but a gamble. anyways, if u don't like obama vote bob parr or don't vote. McCain is not the man 2 bring America back on her feet, his policies (not character though, is a big difference) are the same as bush's

  • One more question. Who is Bob Parr?

  • some other guy who isn't john mcsame eehhh john mccain, heeee heeee

  • Okay. I'll remember that. Thanks.

  • You Hillaryites not vote for Obama? And vote for McCain? Are you nuts? Give me a break. What happened to Nader? He's chopped liver?

  • Shut the fuck up you athiest faggot loving homo. We ain't voting for your queer. Why don't you get a life and quit your sick homoism. You are sick.

  • Lukatmee I am with you all the way. NEVER OBAMA NEVER !!!

  • OK, here we go. I never forced anything down your throat. You can take it or leave it. Like I said before, if you are not Christian then this does not apply to you. Have you ever saw "Left Behind"? This man says things that are very questionable.

  • To arnoldray: I got your response. You are no better than the islamo/facists. You want to force your religous beliefs down my throat. I get that you have a belief in what amounts to a fairy tale. Now to construct an understanding. Then I will guess that you are following a warmonger. The killer of our innocent sons and daughters in Iraq. You my friend are just like Al Quieda.

  • The only thing that I hope can seperate him is that he is not royal. But whatever, if the bible is a fairy tale, then so is your osama. You still have not answered any of the questions below. Maybe there is no answer. And for your information, osama has already said how he will attack other nations, but hey, whatever the anti-christ does is alright with you, isn't it?

  • lol she can't win so they are looking for a loop hole to try and make a case to continue on. What ever happened to playing fair, the voice of America spoke and it said they don't want her as our President. I am personally glad she lost, she is part of the corruption in the Government that we desperatly need to get rid of.

  • Why do you people say "playing fair"? When the hell did this become a game? Only a child that thinks this is an american idol game would call this a game? Playing fair, snot a game fools.

  • See what happens when one challenges these people...attacks...no substance...just rhetoric...ANSWER THE QUESTIONS!!!

  • Hey, chicago is much like south africa and kenya.

  • Oh yes, and if you can't answer the questions of "What successful, industrialous, prosperous nation has been run by blacks"? Also, "What has obama done good for you, me or anyone in this country. What has he done to better this nation"? If you can't answer these simple questions, then no need to reply with more of your ghetto attacks and rhetoric.

  • Not all Black Americans would be a bad choice. But this crackhead homosexual you have chosen is. What about JC Watts, Mike Steele, you low lives would never support a good safe Black man, you only want a ghetto whore. You know the Larry Sinclair story is true, yet you still support him. What if the

  • Larry Sinclair story were proven to be true, you people would still vote for this guy. Let me ask you another question, what if this guy is the Anti-Christ, do you all know anything about the Bible, Jesus. Would you still support him if he was the Anti-Christ? Of course you would.

  • to arnoldray: Don't believe in the organized religion concept of the "anti-christ". So your argument is moot and not based on facts.

  • Understood. If you are not a Christian, then this comment does not apply to you. Of course you will be following the anti-christ, what else should we expect you to do.

  • Disgusting behavior.

  • It does not matter who is elected for President in 2008. They will be the scapegoat for the extreme recession/depression that will take place in 2009/10. Our inflation rate is near 9 to 10% right now. The CPI is artificially computed to have low inflation rates. You need to look at M3 % money increase then subtract our economic growth. Our next President is in for a one term ride of their life. We are in a recession now and it will spiral into a economic depression thank to M3 money supply.

  • ksfy. com/news/livestream

  • neo-libs what a bunch of twats:P

  • boy, that was just tacky.

  • I love how in the beginning they mentioned that when rules are broken, thus comes chaos. And I think what has been happening and what is shown even here, supports that theory.

  • The democrat party is no longer a democrat party, it is now the communist party. You know what is so funny, they ask us if we are real democrats. A 25 year old asks a mature woman if she is a real democrat. That is a friggin joke. Who made the democrat party. You osama worshippers have just ruined the democrat party. It has now become the Communist party. Time for us to get our own Party Hillary, we gotta leave these communist on their own. John McCain will get our votes.

  • arnoldray:

heh, I'm 41, but thanks :) BTW, we've all seen the memo on wikileaks about how the McCain campaign bloggers are masquerading as pissed off Hillary supporters online.

  • See here is the problem with this all. Everyone talks about rules and playing by the rules. This is not a friggin game you stupid little punks. You friggin little college age girls think you are watching American idol, but you think you are so smart. The hard truth is Hillary is not part of the communist third world movement. You fools think you are cute but just wait until our ghettos become the whole nations, you won't be laughing then.

  • arnoldray: you must be a right-winger, because Hillary is probably closer to a communist than Obama. you're nuts if you think otherwise, I think even Hillary would be OK with than analysis.

  • You people lie, you know what this guy represents, the THIRD WORLD COUNTRY AND ECONOMY !!! We are going to be the new SOUTH AFRICA, just a big diseased whorehose. I can say that because I am Black. No one can pull the racecard on me. I will ask you what I have asked many, name one nation that has been successful, industrialous, prosperous that is in control by Black people, name one. If you can't, then I rest my case, America, becomes South Africa.

  • You are an idiot.

You can't talk about Obama turning the US into a "third world country" while at the same time acting like the rules and laws of a civilized nation mean nothing... You're behaving like a third worlder, yourself.

  • just because youre black doesnt mean you cannot be accused of being racist towards black people.

  • ah yo bro (arnoldray), it's not important that ur "black."

check-it, what's important is that your an loud-mouthed, ignorant, racist moron aligned with all the other loud-mouthed, ignorant racist morons everywhere.

u all have the intellectual capacity a steaming turd and yet can't stop speaking or, unfortunately, reproducing

luckily the loud-mouthed, racist, ignorant part isn't genetic, so we can hope that u and those like u will slip away allowing my generation to create a better world.

  • See, this is a prime example of the ghetto rearing it's ugly head.

  • This is just another prime example of the ghetto rearing it's ugly head again, this is the type of people that will run the country. Goodbye America. Today is your funeral.

  • South Africa is run by whites! You "MAY" not be racist, but you are ignorant!

  • The Blacks have control of South Africa, are you stupid or what. And just like American inner cities, the AIDS drugs, porn, poverty spread far and wide. Hey, I have an idea!!! Lets do that to the whole nation!!! Great idea!!!

  • Whoever owns the land controls the country. Now who owns the land Arnold?

  • I don't see your point, I own land and I am Black?

  • The point is simple. What porportion of land in South Africa is owned by blacks? How about America? Answer, very little! Land has always been and will continue to be the first step towards power & control in any country! Don't believe me ask the Native Americans! Better yet stop paying your property taxes and see what happens!

  • I will not even begin to answer Inconel600, sounds to me he is just making excuses for his own failures. Whites must pay property taxes too, stupid. Where do you think your welfare is coming from? I'm sure rev. Wright ain't feeding you people. And of course proportion is accurate, what are you doing to change that, sitting on your ass, or working hard?

  • Correction, was ran by Whites. Past tense. And furthermore, not all Black folks are a bad choice, just the crackhead porno osama.

  • dude, who let you out of the institution.

do your doctors know you got out?

you really need to get back on your meds and back in your padded room.

  • Don't beleive in pills, sorry, rarely even waste time and dollars to go to the doctor. Can you answer the simple questions above? If not, SHUT UP!!!

  • Was cocaine snorting Bush a bad choice Arnold?

  • Yes, Bush was the worse choice made. I voted Kerry, not responsible for that bad choice, and will not be for the osama choice either. But if you think bush was bad, just wait til we you see what osama hussein has instore for you. If my predictions are right, you will be wishing we had bush back in office. We are not only looking at the end of America as we know it. And furthermore, we just may be staring The Anti-Christ straight in the face.

  • First, let's respect people by calling them by their name! Second, I know you want to continue to us his middle name "Hussein" for shock value, but it shows some discrimination problem within yourself! Third, your predictions are off. Bush has pushed us on the verge of armageddon! "Bush the warmoger!"

Fourth, the country has already been bought by the highest bidder (Saudis, China, India, etc). Finally, search your scripture, the anti-christ comes out of the EU!

  • First, hussein is his name, Second, Bush is not a good man or example. Third, war is not always the best answer or the worse thing in the world. If you think for one minute the mid east will stop if we stop then you must just be another drug head dreamer. These people haven't stopped for decades, even when Bill Clinton did not fight back, they were still at it. So the truth is, even though

  • Not all Black Americans would be a bad choice. But this crackhead homosexual you have chosen is. What about JC Watts, Mike Steele, you low lives would never support a good safe Black man, you only want a ghetto whore. You know the Larry Sinclair story is true, yet you still support him. What if the

  • Hillary's career is OVAH!!!!

  • And you is still ghettovah. HAAHAHAHA !!!

  • Spoiled crybabies.

  • " when you leave here you will be more united than when you came here"!

    LMAO~

  • The sad thing is, that woman is a strong Clinton supporter, and they turned on her that fast.

  • Democrats in all their glorious incompetence

  • Idiots all.

  • Clinton has feminist supporters. Feminists are used to lying, crying, kicking, screaming, and bullying to get their way. It usually works for them. Fairness and justice mean nothing to them. There is nothing surprising about this. Note: Isn't it ironic that these women who claim to stand for strong, independent women actually make other women look bad by acting like spoiled little girls in the tradition of Veruca Salt.

  • Picture a daycare center at 9:00 a.m. The children are informed they may ALL have a popsicle after lunch. However, before lunch, three naughty little girls take all the popsicles out of the fridge. The staff finds out and decides no one will get popsicles. Later, the staff change their minds and decide to give out popsicles again. The three little girls, figuring they took the popsicles fair and square first, feel they should have ALL the popsicles given back to them. That's Hilary & Co.

  • arguing with these obama morons is ridiculous. they think they are entitled to the nomination

  • Are you serious? If there is anyone in this presidential race, democrat or republican, who believes they are entitled to the nomination, it's Hillary Rodham Clinton and her biggest supporter, Bill Clinton, who probably just wants to get back in the W.H. anyway.

  • that is media propaganda, started by the left wing. there is no evidence of it whatsoever.

  • Very convincing argument.

  • thanks. i try

  • Feminists want power and privilege, period. White men are their biggest obstacle. They use minorities to help topple them. I think most minorities are waking up to what's happening. This video shows clearly that, when minorities stand in their way or compete with their interests, feminists will turn on them in a heartbeat. I'm glad this woman did this and exposed the real vindictiveness and xenophobia of a lot of middle/upper class white feminist women.

  • That's not insolence, is it? Maybe it's just enthusiasm and passion for their candidate.

  • the superdelegates just hate clinton people anyway, all except for a few.

  • Aharleygyrl:

Maybe you missed the fact that Clinton had about a 100 superdelegate lead before voting in Iowa even began?

Hillary was the insider, establishment candidate, and people saying that somehow there was a "fix" in the party to keep her from winning have no idea what they are talking about. The only reason Hillary didn't win is because the rest of the superdelegates took a look at how she ran her campaign and wouldn't support it.

  • x2501x, I'm not trying to be condescending or offensive, but I really think that whole argument is B.S. fed to Americans to get you to believe a fair reason why they all deserted her. The Democratic party wants the Clintons out. They're so over them and want fresh blood. There are many powerful political groups who have told me this to my face or in comments, that they hate the Clintons, want a new party, want Hillary and her supporters out of the party, and want a grass roots/50 state strategy.

  • R0SEBUD789: I do agree that NOW the majority of the party wants the Clintons out. She had a lot more support within the party when the campaign started than she does now. The Clintons have always cared about what got THEM elected, and didn't worry about the party. That's why after Bill got elected in 1992, the party lost seats in Congress over and over.

  • x2501x, yes, I understand. But, can you understand how, for people who still care about the Clintons and respect their service to the country, we're tired of hearing them slammed all day everyday? I mean, I know, I know, they did this and they did that, and you and these people don't like it. Fine. I don't understand why the anti-Clinton people don't just form an anti-Clinton group and stop feeling the need to slam them to the people who still appreciate them. It's painful.

  • R0SEBUD789: It's painful to me too. I spent 6 years (1998-2004) arguing with every Rush Limbaugh fan I encountered about how the impeachment of Bill Clinton was a scam. I was elated that Hillary won the Senate seat in 2000. I didn't love what she'd done after winning--voting for the Iraq war and cosponsoring a flag-burning bill, most prominently--but I have been stunned and horrified by how she has run her campaign. I did not start out as an Obama partisan, Hillary's campaign turned me into one.

  • R0SEBUD789: and to further explain, it was not the stuff she said against Obama, but more the many things she (and Bill) said that were simply NOT TRUE, which I feel insulted my intelligence. Also, the fact that when she lost states, often she didn't even acknowledge the contest when speaking that day. Not just didn't congratulate Obama on winning, but didn't even thank the people in the state who had voted for her--as if they didn't deserve thanks since she didn't win. That really put me off.

  • It's like a crazy cat lady convention.

  • So they're counting Michigan where Hillary was the only one with her name on the ballot? That makes no sense.

  • zakal3, and why do you only focus on the fact that Hillary (+ Chris Dodd + Dennis Kucinich + Mike Gravel, btw) kept their names on the ballot, and you don't focus on the fact that Obama + Edwards + Richardson took theirs off, even though the rules didn't tell them to. It was their own choice, the DNC didn't tell them to do that. Obama's representative, when asked "why" he took his name off, had no answer. Yesterday was fascinating because we got to hear all sides of the situation. The truth!

  • R0SEBUD789:

Howard Dean actually sent the candidates a letter advising them to do so. Also, they all signed a pledge to the "early four" states that they would not participate in the MI or FL elections. Those who removed their names did so because they interpreted "participate" to include having their names on the ballot. In FL, the law did not allow them to remove their names.

  • x25001x, thanks for your reply. Why didn't Obama's representative say that when asked the question? He was Edwards campaign advisor, he could have given the reason you just wrote, but he didn't. He had NO answer. Nothing. Howard Dean is a politician, that may have been political advise. Chris Dodd and Dennis Kucinich didn't follow that advise either. I'm very aware they signed a pledge, the pledge was to not campaign in the state. They said in the meeting, they could've left their name on.

  • The pledge was actually not to "participate" in the primary. That was the word used. Hillary said she did not think that leaving her name on the ballot violated that, while other candidates did. Not saying she was wrong to do it, but just highly disingenuous of her to come back later saying Obama was wrong for doing what he felt was the best way to honor that pledge. I think David Bonior(sp?) just froze up, to be honest.

  • x2501x, it's quite clear that both Obama and Hillary were playing politics with this issue. It angers me to hear attacks on Hillary while also hearing Obama supporters speak as if Obama is such an angel who never plays the game, and is always 100% genuine. That is not true, and the American people can see he's a typical politician more and more everyday. I really don't care if he plays the game and is a typical politician, I just hate the hypocrisy of his supporters.

  • R0SEBUD789, how is doing one's best to respect the process "playing politics"? Obama would much rather have had the primaries count and been able to go there and campaign, because he obviously would won more votes in both states had he done so. (Not saying he would have won the primaries, but he would have won more votes than he did). Not being able to campaign there in the primary makes it harder for him to win there in the general. No candidate wants that.

  • x2501x, exactly. He had a valid argument about why the primaries weren't a fair reflection of what the turnout would have been if he had campaigned there. I think we can all agree that the decision to break the party rules, change the timing of the primaries, and penalize the states was not the fault of the voters or the candidates. But, once dealt the hand each candidate had, they played politics with what they had in front of them. Both have an argument, but they BOTH played politics.

  • That's a good point but the fact is that out of the 3 candidates who ever had a chance (Edwards, Hillary, and Obama) only Hillary kept her name on the ballot. That's not a fair election, but I'm happy with the solution.

  • *very should be Every...

  • Very vote counts, huh? Nice how Barak Obama got votes he didn't earn! Who's stacking the deck, now... I'm not even a Democrat or a Hillary supporter in the least, but I completely agree with Hillary's supporters. Bring it to the floor!

  • yeah, cause Hillary earned them for breaking the democratic rules.

  • moriya2k2, if you watched the meeting, the states brought in their argument, Obama brought in his argument, and Hillary brought in her argument. 3 sides represented. The committee voted. The DNC made the rules and the DNC decided what to do with FL and MI withing their rules. Hillary didn't break any rules. Obama ran ads in Florida, I find it interesting how Obama supporters never acknowledge that he broke the rules not to campaign in either state, which included TV ads. Your argument is biased.

  • R0SEBUD789:

Obama did not run ads in FL. He ran national ads on MSNBC, and Clinton tried to claim he was breaking the rules because MSNBC is on in FL. It was a ridiculous argument.

  • x2501x, I never said Obama intentionally ran ads in Florida to break the rules. A national TV ad that ended up airing in Florida may have been unintentional, but it did air in the state. I don't think he should be punished for that, but for people to claim Hillary has broken the rules by *asking* that people re-consider the rules and vote on a new ruling, is as unfair as claiming Obama broke the rules. I'm saying, be consistent with criticizm.

  • And I don't mean you, personally.

  • Anybody who votes for McCain out of spite is a moron. McCain's policies are more-or-less the opposites of both Hillary's and Barack's. Will you be able to look your grandchildren in the eye and tell them that you were in part responsible for Supreme Court appointments that overturned Roe v. Wade, and removed their right to choose?

If so, then you were never a democrat to begin with.

  • ddqq124, you aren't behaving like a Democrat when you threaten people to get them to vote your way. All I've heard this election season is how horrible Hillary is for using fear tactics. Your tactic is a fear and guilt tactic. It will backfire and not work, and only refects poorly on you. The way to win votes is to be respectful not threatening... all you're doing is hardening the divide.

  • This meeting and these objections should have all happened back in January. Then there wouldn't be this cloud of political posturing hanging over everything.

  • shaneunplugged, I completely agree. I think it's best for the party that they came up with a decision to seat the delegates from FL and MI. I think for the election in November against McCain, that compromise was crucial. As you said, it might have taken the divided political posturing out of it if it had been taken care of much earlier.

  • LA HOO ZA HER

  • This just highlights the biggest problem with Clinton--she's nuts. Just like her supporters. Shouting Denver is simply immature. Grow up. Obama has more states, more votes, more money, more support. Clinton continues to show the stress of the campaign by gaining weight and wrinkles on her face.

Enough is enough. Obama 08, for all our sakes.

  • I was there. The voices you heard screaming included mine. Ickes said it like it is and Donna yawned. This is neither our party nor Hillary's party anymore. We can take it to Denver but I tell you now that if Obama is the candidate in November, I will not vote Democrat. I will not take a seat at the back of the bus. I will not take what they dish out because I have no other choice, don't threaten me re: roe v wade or Supremes I will not back down. No not I! It's Hillary or Mc Cain NOBAMA NOBAMA!

  • I'm not Half a voter. Vote McCain!

  • hell yeah 4 more years

    "NAT"- b0rat

  • So how do you explain the contradiction that the Clinton campaign explicitly agreed to the original rules that the same committee set up that said "Michigan and Florida will not get delgates sent to the convention". All of a sudden those states become key and Clinton changes her mind? Let's get a reality check here. It's not about fairness, it's about Clinton supports throwing temper tantrums because they are shocked that their beloved candidate couldn't seal the nomination fair and square.

  • acruelworld, Obama will claim the nomination on Tuesday, or there abouts, why can't you stop focusing on the politics of Hillary wanting to resolve the MI and FL delegates? Obama AND Hillary, both, played politics with this issue. Both took the argument that best suited them. The states that testified brought in a 3rd argument, which represented their state's best interest. The DNC made the final decision. Focus on that and the fact that all 50 states will now be represented at the convention.

  • Clinton has feminist supporters. Feminists are used to lying, crying, kicking, screaming, and bullying to get their way. It usually works for them. Fairness and justice mean nothing to them. There is nothing surprising about this. Note: Isn't it ironic that these women who claim to stand for strong, independent women actually make all women bad by acting like spoiled little girls in the tradition of Veruca Salt.

  • So this is how the "wise" and "educated" and "emancipated" women of the Hillary movement conduct themselves...

    Stellar.

  • Good video!

  • HAHAHA LMAO 'if you believe in democracy this is the next best thing' you democrats get screwed over by your party boss's and they don't even use KY gel as a courtesy!

    Lipstick on a pig indeed.

  • I don't think you understand what exactly is even going on.

  • Wow, she was loud. Now wonder she got tossed out.

  • Operation Chaos!

The Democratic Party is destroying itself. Pandering to every interest and minority group in the country doesn't work, does it Dems?

Obama is going to be crushed in November. 40 states for McCain.
