@julianamlara i think some singers have this problem that they are not that consistent with their voice that they cant sing the high notes even though they are the original... they have to revise it to a lower note... thats what i think, and you will notice it on some singers....

Every singer sings a tone or two down when doing a live show, in the studio she can fix all the mistakes and she doesn't have to sing it all at once, that's way she can afford to raise her voice higher, but when doing live you have to go easier on your voice or it will snap in the middle of the song. She knows her job well. Great performance, studio and live in my opinion.
