people must be educated about circuses and boycott them and write to there MP to ban them as money making at the expense of wild animals. Animals should be in the wild........ Hence WILD animals.... It's a shame that if these animals were to be captured by an organization by PETA, or ADI; they couldn't be released into the wild, they wouldn't know what to do, where they'd eventually die. But at least they can be put in bigger more appropriate enclosures, where people actually care about their well-being.
i wonder how many times that elephant was REALLY electrocuted and stabbed in order to train it to do all these tricks. they do not just automatically know how to do this stuff. They are brutally beaten and given no other alternative......something to think about. I met an elephant that was rescued from a circus, at first i didnt know why she moved her head like that, side to side, but they told me that she was chained and she didnt have space to move, so she adopted that behavior, it was REALLY sad, but im glad they took her out of the circus, now I go once or twice a year to visit her :)

This is absolutely heartbreaking and this is why the circuses should be banned. Animals perform on talent shows but they are usaully from domestic homes and if the animals showed distress I am sure the producers would ask for them not to be on the show. There is no consideration for this circus animals and people should stop attending circuses but should also make it clear why they are not by writing to organisations that monitor animal cruelty and to the circuses themselves.
I hope that anyone who treats an animal like this a long, long life of suffering, abuse, beatings, starvation, exposure to the elements and thirst. Then I hope you rot in hell.

Dear Lord....there are not words to describe this. None at all. I can barely type. The ending just killed me. How could they? What human in their right mind goes on with something like this? Oh, that's right, they're not in their right mind. I feel for the animals. I truly do. They are like us humans and they have feelings and needs as well. Beyond shocking...the repeatedness of those beatings towards the animals was actually one of the hardest things ive watched, had to skip through most of it as i was actually in tears. How can anyone treat an animal in this manner, there are no words to describe the utter vulgarness of animal cruality of off kinds all over the world. As horrible as this was, im so glad it was filmed and publicised because people really need to get a smack of reality about animal circus's.
Circuses are a lot worse than zoos. I've seen better treatment of animals at zoos than at circuses. At zoos, they don't force the animals to perform tricks, they are given more food, they are well taken care of by their keepers and veterinarians, and they have more freedom.
I'm reminded of TIGE, the female elephant that killed the trainer in Honolulu during a performance and took off running thru the streets, she was just trying to get away from her abusers. Is there any doubt that they have a GOD-given right to protect themselves. People are so vain and stupid, GOD is going to judge them on how they treated the planet and all other living things. I love all my animals equally, they all are sacred in my world (including ringling brothers circus) the horses are treated as the noble creatures that they are. I am so disgusted. Why would humans take advantage of these Mighty, graceful animals? These animals have done nothing wrong, nor have they brought harm to us, yet we harm them anyway?? This is the reason why one of the Sigfried and Roy tigers attacked. He was tired of being belittled and reduced to doing childish tricks and being jammed in a small cage. It's a shame that if these animals were to be captured by an organization by PETA, or ADI; they couldn't be released into the wild, they wouldn't know what to do, where they'd eventually die. But at least they can be put in bigger more appropriate enclosures, where people actually care about their well-being.

I met an elephant that was rescued from a circus, at first i didnt know why she moved her head like that, side to side, but they told me that she was chained and she didnt have space to move, so she adopted that behavior, it was REALLY sad, but im glad they took her out of the circus, now I go once or twice a year to visit her :)

Not all animal circuses are bad like the horse circus that basically worships the horse I forget what its called. This is absolutely heartbreaking and this is why the circuses should be banned. Animals perform on talent shows but they are usaully from domestic homes and if the animals showed distress I am sure the producers would ask for them not to be on the show. There is no consideration for this circus animals and people should stop attending circuses but should also make it clear why they are not by writing to organisations that monitor animal cruelty and to the circuses themselves.

Beyond shocking...the repeatedness of those beatings towards the animals was actually one of the hardest things ive watched, had to skip through most of it as i was actually in tears. How can anyone treat an animal in this manner, there are no words to describe the utter vulgarness of animal cruality of off kinds all over the world. Circuses are a lot worse than zoos. I've seen better treatment of animals at zoos than at circuses. At zoos, they don't force the animals to perform tricks, they are given more food, they are well taken care of by their keepers and veterinarians, and they have more freedom.

Look into the life of Gunther Gebel williams in Circus Bush in Germany . HE did exactly that taught animals with love. But of course I suppose you probably understand this. EVERY animal in the animal circus is ABUSED, TORTURED, BEATEN, and SUFFERED. ANIMAL CIRCUS HAS TO BE BANNED. No animal is programmed to do these meaningless AND BORING acts. You need a reality check mate, animals have been dominated by humans for thousands of years.
One million animals get killed every hour- in the US alone- for human consumption.
If that was humans instead of animals there would be a huge outcry & response,
Unfortunately most people see animals as sustainable resources.
They are sentient beings & until we use our voices more to protect those creatures without a voice we're have failed as a species.

je trouve ça scandaleux et heureusement que tous les cirque ne traite pas leurs animaux comme ça!!!!! mais eue c'est vraiment des gros batard!!!! effectivement les conditions general d'exploitation des animau ne me plais pas mais desfois je les trouve mieux dans des cirque que dans des zoo. Au moins ils sont pris en charge comme des enfants!!!!
