I hate to tell these guys but the "Trunk" of the VW beetle that Ted Bundy was driving was not in the back of the vehicle as to my knowledge the engine was in that area! Suggest you get a reality check. If you had been one of his victims or their family you would have cheered at his execution. To be honest execution was kinder than being incarcerated in an asylum for the criminally insane or high security prison for rest of natural life. Cos lets face it he would never have made parole, not even the most liberal do-gooder would have let him out. Psychopaths are good at convincing unsuspecting that they are nice people. A look at his crimes tells you otherwise.

I think that is where you are a tad off base with the "it was his life" and the "right vs wrong" judgement. The problem with killing is that it is not just your life. I am all for freedom and making your own choices, but it must be equally shared with all. Everyone must be allowed to live as they choose without anyone else "pushing" their views and opinions or desires, however Ted's sick and twisted little fantasies had a devastating effect on others.

Besides, you are right, it was his life and he chose to live it the way he did, he knew the risks and paid the price, but you can't then say that it was wrong to execute him. If you truly believe in the expression of freedom, then you should have been cheering the executioner along as that was the decision of those around him As you yourself said, who decides what is "wrong", you can't have it both ways.
