  • White all-purpose flour isn't all soluble fiber - it contains about equal part of soluble and insoluble fiber but the bran is removed.

  • Yes, it is. Any flour labeled "all-purpose" or "refined" or "white" will have had the wheat bran (the insoluble fiber part) removed. Just the soluble fiber will be left. - Heather

  • This is one of my favorite IBS breakfast recipes, and it's a family favorite for people who don't even have IBS!
