  • these women are so beautiful..love their voices!

  • I'm going to see them on friday @ BB Kings so happy. Lovely women great performers.

  • I love these women also!!!

  • @jody25able most black people speak french very fluently, what you just said is very racist. its just like how white people talk like they are black, when really they arent. so kid if you dont like what you hear or see in you life just shut up. thank you

  • @jody25able There from french. They are not pretending to be anything.

  • @jody25able Goodness... super dumb... They are French, and speak with a French accent... What does that have to do with "speaking white" ?

  • Damn that interviewer is fine. That chocolate complexion and beautiful accent is hot!

  • They're still gorgeous after all these years.

  • OMG they are so beautiful!!.. not to mention intelligent and conscious about the way that they portray themselves respectfully. They are truly idols and lovely role models. God Bless Them!!

  • I love these women

  • And right after this drones started flying over villages in Pakistan as the children were sleeping.

    Fuck these sell outs!

  • Go on over to Rush Limbaughs page with that Sell out shit ..theres no sellouts shown in this video..and nobody that they are talking about are Sellouts..

  • As you wrote this the entire world is outraged that Obama has used the deaths of over 200,000 Haitians as an excuse to occupy Haiti with thousands of US soldiers, with more to come. This is in context with Obama sending troops to Colombia 4 the next 10 years. This is obviously the advice Bush and Clinton gave him when he invited them to the White House a few days ago, for Haiti. Mumia told us to support Cynthia McKinney not Obama. What u need to do is turn off the TV. Cynthia McKinney 2012!

  • @SlabTzu u know this for a fact or is this your analysis of the situation. because there is a difference

  • Please give this fucking miicro to Célia ...

  • I had to watch this a few times!!!I mean they really consciously speak. She said "They showed the world change can happen". i remember being an American here in Europe was hell suring Bush and people all over Europe told me "This is the end of the U.S. I knew deep in my heart with a country as young as us that it wasn't the end and I am so proud! And proud of the way that only Americans can connect the world, Only we can make people connect with tears and laughter and then theirs football!

  • I love them too!!! I love their ability to change styles and most of all I love their colorful style! They are truly unique.Bless their hearts. Never seen them in concert though! i heard that Cameroon is sooooo beautiful.

  • theyre from french look to wikipédia

  • Someone please clarify where they're from and where they live.

  • Their father is French, their mother is Camerounese, and they grew up in Tchad. They are sisters...

  • Thanks.

  • These ladies are so gorgeous inside and out. When I saw them in 3 concerts, they really interact with their audience and their voices are so beautiful!

  • They were born in Cameroon raised in France, and travel the world. They are not physically Ugly.

  • as an attendee and a participant of this ball, just to experience the energy with all the people who were representing many nations in this gala I was so blessed. so many missed out with the incredible artists who showcased such as les nubians, belo, mbuutu from uganda, angelique kidjo. it was such an inspiring experience. Africa oye!

  • WOW , I haven't seen them in a couple years. They lood beautiful.

  • they're from Cameroon too

  • You can tell Barack is half white by the way he dances, I'm not being racist, I love the guy and voted for him.

  • funny, cause he can't dance and I'm black. Oh wait, I can't dance either.. ha ha ha ... I guess I'm half white too..lmao

  • LOL. He's got the best of both worlds.

  • I've never heard of them but I will look for the new cd.

  • 1st cd was nice but some of it is in french. it's got a jazz feel with a neo soul edge

  • i like how she talks about her name nubians refering to all black people and when you roll it back to around 0:38 she talks about disregarding differences ^^

    love your vids god bless

  • What's the harm in that? There's a way to disregard your differences with other cultures, and celebrate diversity, but you can also be proud of your own people too. I think that if people did that, there'd be a lot less hate in the world.

  • I LOVE Les Nubians

  • that french accent... on those words... made it sound even sexier.

  • Alright ^v^/ les nubiennes

  • She forgot to say Afro-South americans(especially those from Brazil) which make up the largest black population in the Americas.

  • who are these sistas? they are gorgeous. and that accent mmm.

  • They're a duo called Les Nubians. From France. Foreigners like the US accent also. Just like how United Stateans like foreign accents.

  • Catchfree, you surverveyed every single black woman did you?! How did you find time between youtube and conveying a survey in every single state of America?

  • Zulu nation, to my haitians, we unite for reparations! ~one luv

  • They're not from Haiti, they're from France.

  • No actually they are not from France either...they are from CAMEROON...

  • I know they're from W. Africa but where they reside now is France

  • No actually they are not from France...they are from CAMEROON!

  • Hélène and Célia's father was French and their mother is Cameroonian. They were born raised in Tchad and then moved to Bordeaux (S-W of France). So they are multicultural. You can feel that in their music : they sing in French about African concerns and wear Africain fashion clothes. They now live in Philadelphia because their music and message has a better impact in the States than in France. But they still are involved in a lot of artistical activities around the world.

  • funny how at first black women wasnt going to vote for obama they was gonna vote for hilary clinton...now all of a sudden he is brillant and they love him
