Yea, basically wait so you can serve three or four groups at once. That way, you can chain your actions. When you chain, you get much more points. Chain = take one order after another after another without interruption, or serving the meals one after another without interruption, or cleaning up the tables one after another without interruption.
Make sure your customers are still happy though. The more happy the customers at the end of their meal, the more of a tip you get!
