Courts have businesses in too many tough spots. If the School takes the kid in, and if he gives AID's to another, the school is at fault. If you don't take him in, then you are violating HIS rights and you get sued. I wouldn't want my children around HIV positive patients. Children are especially vulnerable to viral iunfections due to their relatively immature immune systems. Sacrificing the lifes of all children so one child can get an education is simply WRONG !

oh yea i remember hearing about another school (i believe it was college age) that was tied to hershey's that allowed foreign students to pay their tuition working for the hersheys company and then the company completely exploited them. i guess it is not just the company that's fucked up. it's also the schools tied to it.
