kava is ok but its bad for your liver, mulungu is a great replacement it feels very similar and its like $5 an oz on eBay its a good deal plus its legal everywhere

I have a perscription for Xanax and so far, the kava kava capsules have been as effective at reducing my severe anxiety as the Xanax is. Its unbelievable really. I feel like i've been let in on a secret that noone else knows about.

I wasn't aware kava was illegal. I arrived in Oz last night after a few weeks in fiji, with half a kg of kava. I told the guy in customs I had kava and he didn't confescate it. Maybe he also wasn't aware?
posessing kava is not illegal, provided it was brought in legally (although I'm not sure how they'd tell). you're allowed to bring kava back but i think no more than 2 kg.
