Umm... you didn't actually tell us anything about how it tasted.
So, I'll go. This is slightly carbonated, and much less sweet than typical American hard ciders like those from Hornsby or Woodchuck or even Harpoon. It's almost beer-like in its non-sweetness, almost, but not quite. There is a *little* sweetness there. It's pretty nice, in that the sweetness of most ciders can get to be too much after awhile, and start tasting too winey. Too bad the video mentions none of that.
