I would be willing to lease him out for less time than a year, but the whole lease would have to be paid in advance. I do not do month by month payments. For example another horse of mine is out on lease until July and it has already been fully paid for.

That would be pretty much his perfect job. He goes great for a kid and is a very nice 3' horse, with very easy auto changes.

i remember your horse from saturday, the course i saw of him was great! congrats on the 3rd, there were a ton of people in that classic.
