  • And how the hell is grinding your nasty stank ass on a cruiser a sign of protest? And letting little kids in on it? You wonder why they treat you bad, maybe it's because you act like animals.

  • @eeezymoney Thanks for the comment. You're so smart. How do you do it?

  • @TakeAll15 All I'm saying is if you're gonna protest, you need to be a bit more organized. Call a radio station, let someone know you guys are unhappy and why, provide specific examples. Teaching your children it's ok to disrespect the law by shaking your ass on the hood of a police car is only making matters worse.

  • @eeezymoney Black people been protesting since the 1940's... No justice served... But I'm not here to argue. I'm not in the footage nor was I there when it was filmed, but I think they were just caught up in having a good time during Mardi Gras & decide to do it on the enemy's property just cause they seen an opportunity.

  • @TakeAll15 And that's fine, just don't put in under the guise of protest. I'm actually getting ready to move to Lafayette soon, and from what my girlfriend tells me, blacks down there really do get the short end of the stick. I just think you'd draw more people to your cause if it was a bit more organized.

  • I'm not going to be as classless as JiggleBill, but the events in this video are a prime example of why police behave the way they do. These people give them that reason, and they should be ashamed of themselves. This is also a reason why I don't celebrate Mardi Gras in public anymore either, this happens way to often all over Lafayette, and if it isn't all against the state, it's fights for petty pieces of stringed plastic for no good reason. Truly sad, just truly sad.

  • @TheMarkNessMonster It's the other way around. These people are acting this way towards the police because of the way the police treated them first. They don't do stuff like this against another Lafayette citizen's car, even if they're bitter rivalries. Since the times of black folks doing the right thing, calling the cops for help & the law basically do nothing to help, but fast to attack whatever random guy for no reason. People started to take matters into their own hands.

  • @TakeAll15 ...And the police don't like it, so now both the citizens & police are angry. If the police really protect & served, instead of harassing, I think there wouldn't be a video like this cause they'd be on the police side. And if the police are so right, then why do these guilty spend a month in the parish & the innocent people usually end up with 15 months. I seen it myself...

  • @TakeAll15 "I seen it myself..." so we're just supposed to take you at your word...here's the problem I have with that. Your video shows people vandalizing a police unit, and while I'm not really defending the police here because we share an opinion of LCPD, all we can see is vandalizing taking place, and encouragement of children to do the same. Then you tell me this is a reaction to police corruption taking place JUST before you started rolling. So I have no reason to believe you.

  • @TheMarkNessMonster To be honest, I didn't record this video, I just post it. And you don't have to see the police causing mayhem it in this video in particular, but you can see it on any block in any inner city across the U.S. I graduated high school & never even had a police record, but I've been attacked by the police plenty of times. But if we catch the cops starting trouble, then they wanna take the camera & throw the camera man in jail.

  • @TakeAll15 "But if we catch the cops starting trouble, then they wanna take the camera & throw the camera man in jail." We agree on this, yet the behavior shown in the video is not the way to combat this issue, it only escalates it. The way to fight crummy policemen is to know your rights more than they do, and give them the opportunity to trip themselves. It's everyone's 1st amendment right to film the police, and they ->by law<- can't do anything about it as long as you don't obstruct them.

  • @TheMarkNessMonster We've all respond to something or someone out of anger before. And have an ex, middle aged neighbor, that was arrested & thrown in jail for catching the police working out a drug deal with a dope dealer. Once you're in front of that judge & don't have the money for a lawyer, it don't matter if you know your rights. The judge is already on that officers side & you're just another guy guilty until proven innocent. He was in Lafayette parish for 3 months.

  • @TheMarkNessMonster You make a good point about the good police & handling the situation better, but it's not always that simple to take the bad police down the right way. 45 second of dancing on the hood of a police car really just says "We're gonna party. F*ck the police" & it's over. No dents, no scratches, etc.

  • @TakeAll15 This is a prime example of how to expose corrupt cops: /watch?NR=1&feature=endscreen&v=FCZB-k4jKBc

  • @TakeAll15 This type of retaliation just isn't cogent, and it only causes more trouble than it's worth. Take them down by having them filmed in the act of breaking the law they believe they are above, and go viral/public/press with it. These people in the video aren't justified in their behavior at all. I understand their/your angst, I've been harassed by bad cops as well, and nobody deserves that, but this is burning bridges. Expose bad cops, and what we see here won't need to happen.

  • @TakeAll15 I look forward to seeing more accurate videos of bad cops in Lafayette being brought to the right kind of justice, by way of exposure. Names, badge numbers, beats, and car #'s go much further than vandalism and riots. Cops can't hide behind what isn't protecting them. Also, don't attack the entire police force, praise those who uphold their sworn duty to protect and serve, make sure the public knows we appreciate those who do their jobs correctly.

  • @TakeAll15 If this keeps up, things are just going to get worse. If those bad police don't make the first move towards making right and keeping the peace, then it's up to the people to set an example for them to follow, and this sort of behavior certainly isn't it.

  • Buncha animals. Guess someone forgot to lock the cages at the zoo.

  • @JiggleBill Man, please don't start with all the negative comments. Please!

  • @TakeAll15 what should i have said? "Good job guys. I'm sooo proud of yall" i don't think so. Normal people don't act like this.

  • @JiggleBill I think if you dislike the video, you should move on, not comment, ignore it the video, & go on to videos that you enjoy.
