I have a Canonxha1 + SgBlade (by shoot 35) + Nikon 50mm f 1:1,4 lens also. This configuration is the best for digital filmaking IMHO (canon + balde i mean, lenses depends on situations).
Some says Canon7d Videoreflex have a best digital film look, but i disappoint because of the cmos sensor hardness.
Take a look on my channel, i've uploaded a test made with xha1+35mm adapter some time ago.
this is by far the greatest sgpro footage on youtube...I have the XH-A! and you're going to make drop another $2K in lenses and adapters just to catch up! this vid is truely inspiring to digital filmmakers
Newworld - I have the flip module that turns the image right way up.
When you upload a HD file the 'watch in high quality' option comes up automatically(although it does tahe upto 30 minutes to process after the SD version is available to watch,so don't panic!
I've been searching Youtube all day for 35mm footage and this is by far the best I've seen, amazing film look you have achieved. You have a good eye for composition too.
I'm new to youtube today-can you tell me how you get the high quality setting?I can't find the option.
This footage is utterly breathtaking! How do you get it to look so close to film? Even with the adapter I haven't seen stuff anywhere near this good. Do you have a secret you'd like to share ;o)
I'm really considering going for the SGPro and not the Letus now.......
Great Stuff Man!!!
