i flipping adore naruto, its my favourite anime period! my favourite character how ever is kakashi, but this picture is brilliant, it doens't let the side down at all. you are really good. i've just recently purchased a bamboo tablet which has artrage included so i hope i can be as good as this with it. x good job!!! x

@sanderlito1 Uh dude... you might not notice but in speed paint people do look at pictures maybe they are to fast for you to notice but they still do. Unless the character in the video is not their character , they must of looked at the character at least ONCE. To draw them.

By the looks of the outline of the art, it doesn't even seem near that you traced, seemed like you just, eyeballed it(or what ever you people are calling it these days) its really good! I don't see much wrinkles on the outline(lines) of the art, I especially love the colors, it really matched the picture.

This is nice, I found a great Youtube channel for Artrage speed painting.... Jorge Lopez Lorenzana. I am surprised more people are not using this program. I find it very natural and organic.

i jsut started using art rage only the starter edition and did a pretty good naruto but i was wondering what settings on the felt tip do you use for the thick lines and any tips on keeping your hand steady?

the thick lines should just be thick felt tip.. I also used air brush and may be oils.... um... as far as a steady hand goes.... either a tablet or an optical mouse work best.... if it's a mouse.. than take your time... practice slow and zoomed in till you get the hang of it... and you will get faster with practice and keep a steady hand

I have Wacom tablet, and I got a free ArtRage with it, but I find it to be not as good as Photoshop or Corel Painter X (which I use atm, atleast until Photoshop CS4). To me it's more like a real painting simulator than a program for digital pinting, but I guess it's all about which one I'm used to be using. :D

Anyway, you did very good job with ArtRage, better than I ever could have done with it. :)

you must remember my computer is wide screen...so the captures are always a bit wider..if you watch my other videos you will notice there is always a slight disproportion...

that actually makes no difference wide screen 16:9 or the other standard screen yu got all the lines out of plce it has nothing to do with it being wide screen because my laptop is widescreen and my videos come out just fine

the cam is not recording the emtire screen.. it is a strange video ratio and also I then edit and convert in Windows movie maker which changes the original ratio... AND THEN it is sent to YouTube... so YES it DOES stretch them.. go to my website for the originaql images...
