You should be talking to the Auckland City Council and MAXX who set the pricing for public transport. I really do feel sorry for Fullers, Ritchies, NZ bus etc who don't really get a say in pricing etc. Their is always many sides to a story and I feel you should be targeting MAXX as they are the ones who set many of the timetables and pricing. MAXX should be abolished and then pricing would drop due to competition. Also Fullers own the wharf at Waiheke so not many other can use, again MAXX.
