If you're going to be recording in a room like that, use a boom mic (directional mic), and make sure You're picking as as little echo as possible by dampening the sound where possible (throw up carpets, blankets, padding, or, if you can get it, sound-dampening foam.
Then, you can cut out any remaining noise during post production.
I'm just saying because the poor sound quality really takes away from the clip, which you obviously spent a lot of time on
