I think it is great idea to build metro and light rail to reduce car pollution! They should build more! Thanks for sharing. I´m public transport enthusiast and I like to listen train announcement! I like a mixture of street and elevated alignment.

I´m glad LA it doing something to reduce car pollution. I hope more people will change way how they commute. I like trams and I wish more of them.

There are plans being developed to extend the light rail system all the way to Santa Monica.  This will reduce the traffic that is most congested from LA to the west beaches.
