  • Epixxxx

  • For any who were wondering what the soundfile macro for it is, it's:

    /run PlaySoundFile("Sound\\Music\\ZoneMusic\\UlduarRaidInt\\UR_HallsofIronHeroEvent.mp3")

  • WTF? This music plays at Ironbeard's Tomb in the Wetlands!

  • @M3G4MU5HR00M

Thank you. Now I know where to go so I can listen to it.

  • yogg'saron is awesome

  • @CaptainAAllen In a way yes, but being a greater 'threat' does not mean they are more or less powerful. For example, to a level 1 in durotar, a centaur is a greater threat than Thrall even though Thrall is a badass.

LK was holding back his army due to the remnant of Arthas within him so yea, the business in Ulduar was more immediately threatening.

  • -Moms where your shot...

-Oh stop with those ugly youtube jokes!

    -Oh sorry nobody thumbs down.

  • @CaptainAAllen A lot of villains in the raids are like that coughkiljaedancough. It's just a timing thing with this threat currently being top priority. Defeat [raid boss X] so we can stop [raid boss Y] in order to live long enough to defeat [raid boss Z]. You could argue that the Qiraji were the biggest threat because once the Scarab Wall went down they were going to swarm all over Azeroth.

  • @Heidar08 Nah. The Qiraji were merely the pawns of the Old Gods. Also, the Burning Legion was definately a bigger threat to Azeroth than the Qiraji. Emphasis on "was"...

  • @Rykanable well, they might have only been pawns for one bigger and more powerful master, but that didn't make them anymore less dangerous, that actually only makes them even more dangerous, since that would mean they are organized

  • @CaptainAAllen Well, that's partially true, but his efforts were based on a late understanding, as I said - if he had known about sentience and a will to live, he probably would've made the logical connection that whatever imperfections the races of Azeroth may have, they can and WILL work together to defend their world from any threat.

  • @CaptainAAllen Algalon wasn't exactly a threat - ironically simple though it may seem, his efforts were based on a late understanding; by the time he appeared, Yogg-Saron had been cast back into wherever he came from. I can understand your point of view entirely, though - in my opinion, though, Yogg-Saron was the greatest threat of Wrath. From what I recall, he was partially to blame for DEATHWING.

  • it's in the database, you can extract from it, name: UR_HallsofIronHeroEvent.mp3

  • oh wow, this takes me back, I miss ulduar so much.

  • can someone clear this up for me were the LK and yogg-saron connected somehow

  • @Omgthatjustinkidrofl there are 2 main baddy groups ..dark titan Sargeras and old gods of azeroth and both dont work directly together .. yogg saron is 1 of old gods along with c'thun .. LK was created by Kil'jaeden who was a general of Sargeras. LK is basically a corrupted form of an orc shaman's spirit.

  • @Omgthatjustinkidrofl they weren't. It's just that if yogg was to be remained unchecked it could've thrreatened the whole continent

  • @Omgthatjustinkidrofl The only thing that connected the lich king to yogg-saron was that Icecrown Citadel and the lichkings armour was forged in Saronite which according to lore is the blood of yogg-saron. Lorewise, saronite caused madness if you were exposed to it for too long. There are no other clues stating that this affected the lichkings judgement. However, some undead mobs have been seen uttering Yogg-Sarons name.

  • i hear this song in the wasteland a day xD now we can hear this song in the game everywhere it's cool :3

  • 0 people dont like that video :D

  • @MrGotyouto i hope someone doesnt missclick like :'O

  • This just screams "The mighty hero fighting off the monster once and for all" to me. The sadder parts suggest to me that the hero has let Yogg-Saron's taunting get to him/her, and that the hero will never be the same, but the rest of it sounds like Yogg-Saron, one of the oldest living things on Azeroth, is finally being slain once and for all by this "nobody" from {racial starting zone} and that Azeroth is about to have one less near-deity-power being running around.

  • @YouDuck2345 Hate to burst yar bubble, but Old Gods can't actually be killed, just their Physical forms.

  • @Krilli94 I was hoping nobody would notice that flaw.

Ah well -- still sort of reflects the feeling that you're bringing down a power rivalling the titans themselves ... At a price.

  • @Krilli94 yea, if they were killable they wouldnt be around to get lootz from, cuz the titans curb-stomped them, but couldnt kill them lest azeroth die with them.

  • @YouDuck2345 That is.... untill the next pacth!

  • @YouDuck2345

It sounds like tears are streaming down the hero's face until he/she decides he/she has had enough; the hero will fight as he/she has never fought before to destroy a sadistic evil from the face of the earth.

  • @DeltaChaos

i think first - world is after shattering, second Ulduar have connection with dwarves ancestors and wetlands contains grim batol - exdwarven fortress with great evil inside. maybe that's why this music is there?

  • Since Azeroth's shattering, I've actually heard this Wetlands, close to the entrance to Arathi Highlands.

It freaked me out. I had no idea why it was playing. I assumed it was either just Blizzard's way of putting the better music pieces in more accessible places, a glitch, or Yogg-Saron was about to come out and one shot me.

  • @DeltaChaos

Same here, I heard it somewhere in Loch Modan though, I can't exactly remember.

  • fuck man, you have the volume too low!

  • Listen to that...........as I look upon my keyboard I just smile, rejoicing in the noises coming from my headphones.

  • Suffocate upon your own hate!!

  • @BishopOcelot Look upon the true face of death and know that your end comes soon!

  • This is just perfect, it slowly ramps up and you realise you're in a fight for the planet...

  • ulduar, much hard than icecrown citadel

  • YOU'RE WELCOME

  • Even on farm, P3 of Yogg+0 can get really, really tense.

  • @LunaSaint

I think it's still harder than most fights in ICC heroic.

  • @smallguy921

I'd say only Putress, Deathwhisper, and Sindy can match...before LK of course. Putress in particular for me since it becomes such a fucking calamity after awhile with all the shit he throws on the ground.

  • The instances of WoTLK made the game better, but the fact that we had an overage of deeathknights killed the gaming aspect of WoW, Cataclysm will most likely shift all the balance to it's rightful spot as the number one MMO in the world.

  • "I'm done, with you and your Horde...My this, Death god, take you all"

I love how they slipped the Ulduar music in their trailer.

  • @Majere567 He probably said 'may this,'

It'd scare me if it was Varian's :P

  • simply Insane...

  • so much better then LK encounter

  • @Arrowshift

The heroic LK fight would like a word with you.

  • @JagaimoLoco it couldnt beat Algalon 25.

  • 0:00 - 1:17

So nostalgic it's not even funny. I love this music.

  • each time u killed Yogg saron, somehow u felt like u learnt a life lesson..

  • i cry :D

  • Right when it picks up the pace around 1:18 give me one thought.

    "Shit just got real."

  • @DeltaChaos Agreed. Shit just got REAL!

  • Somehow reminds me of that HALO 2 menu thing. Somehow epicly combined with Ulduar style.

  • Anyone knows where is it in the MPQ file?

  • @Wildrazor09 I'm not sure, I got the music by using a sound recording program with all the other sound settings turned down.

  • @Wildrazor09 GET my warcraft studio it browse all the files in the game and convert them to mp3

  • @Gior89 I have the MPQ Editor, but i have this music now, thanks

  • @Wildrazor09

It's not in the same section as the others. Post 4.0 it's in the main Sound.mpq file, under Music/Zone Music/UlduarRaidInt, and the file is HallsofIronHeroEvent

  • @Wildrazor09 UR_HallsPastWalk is quite similar

  • i love these bosses tho i can't rememeber how they were called ...

  • For the Horde!

  • you will learn, no king rules forever, only DEATH is eternal!

  • This music and Yogg's laugh in that phase made this fight.....lol not even words can describe the epicness!

  • I wonder what kind of music is this out of WoW. 1:18 best part!

  • 1:18 best part.. when i was first time Phase 3... i.. it was just OMG!!

  • its parallel to the gunship fight music in icc.... 8 people rocketing back n forth to that track ^.^

  • This is one of those things to LOVE. The music gives the player a unique , epic fealing.

  • edit : "... things to LOVE about Warcraft. "

  • Fighting old gods can't be anything but epic :D

  • This was the best fight in Wrath. Bottom line. Yogg-saron was the best boss in the whole expansion.

  • 1:37 - 1:57 is the best part, for me that just embodies Yogg-Saron perfectly, being so insane and chaotic.

  • FOR THE WORLD OF WARCRAFT!

  • Amazing piece of music...

For Azeroth! And for the Alliance!

  • For Azeroth!

  • @Mulgorify lol dude, your nick is awesome

  • Awesome!

  • thx for uploading this 1 i've been looking for it elsewhere :)

  • heh, One of the best moments I've had in LK when this track was running with 25ppl up in yogg0 and achieving the realm first :> a moment to be remembered truely :P. Hope ICC achieves some of the Rush from the tracks like BT and SWP did :)

  • @ajaak2 and by the LIGHT it did, particularily Sindy

  • @ajaak2 haha yeah, kil jaedens music was fuckin amazing, illidans music had a very nice part that really got you excited for seconds lol. Kil jaedens music > all

  • @RebirthWoWGuild Oh man, Thx to you I must hear that music again. Do you know where I can find it? I need my fix!
