I TOLD YOU GUYS Albert haynesworth WASN'T GOING TO PLAY A FULL SEASON. A lot of you doubted me. You guys thought he was going to go full season without missing a game.I hate to say I told you so but..........I TOLD YOU SO!! I hope shanahan isn't a disappointment. Theres a chance he might be. Hopefully he gets along with the GM and they work as a team. And HOPEFULLY Dan Synder GETS THE HELL OUT OF MAKING THE DECISIONS. Cause if he doesn't, then WE HAVE NO SHOT AT WINNING ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!

I was called all types of names when I told them that the redskins were going to be an avg team.I was wrong. They were WORSE. So redskins nation. BE CAUTIOUSLY OPTIMISTIC!!!!!. dont expect too much next season. Expect another avg season. New coach can't turn it around that fast. I hope I'm wrong, but don't count on it.Remember , he got FIRED from his last job

hey,im with you you on this one and again he did get fired,but some of the redskins fans are so easy to talk these day,but jim zorn was one of those coachs that did get in your face,it was more babying the players like he was doing jason campbell.

ya he was, and that was what i hated the most about him. He wasn't tough on the players he was so nice and that doesn't work in the NFL. You need to be tough and call out your players from time to time if they're not doing their assignment. Hopefully shanahan will do that. I just hate it when the redskins fans start thinking superbowl or being NFC east champs everytime we get a new acquisition. It happened with Jason taylor and it happened with albert haynesworth.BTW how many games did he miss.

Sad to see him go as I think he is a excellent head coach. Just didn't cut it as a GM in the long run. I'll say one thing, I bet you good money he will be in Kansas City next season!

Been a Bronco Fan since 82... Mike will have a bright future with another franchise. The Broncos need change, a new identity. When you see Pat cry, you know that this is wrong, but the fans and team could not wait any longer. THAT IS HIS JOB.. TO WIN AT ALL COSTS. I will be a fan of what ever team Mike coaches. I would like to see us go for Cowher or get Kubiac back.

Im going to cry. I have been a Broncos Fan since '95. Sad to say, but they needed to fire Shanahan. He hasn't done anything since Elway Left. I just don't think he has had the passion for being a coach as he had in the 90's. The defense must get better. They let the Chargers score more points than Detroit did in certain games. We will miss you Shanahan. Thanks for a great 14 years.

I think it's the wrong move he been there for a long time I hated to see him leave. I was piss off when I heard the news I'm a big fan of the Broncos I hope the next coach does the right thing and keep all are good player's. I hope Mike Shananhan come's back in the furture for now all we can do is wait to see who's the next coach and hope the Broncos have a good season in 09.THANKS MIKE FOR ALL YOU HAVE DONE FOR THE BRONCOS FOR 14YRS. well from what i heard, they told him to make some changes, such as defensive coordinator since the defense sucks, and he refused. not sure why he refused but i think that is ultimately what got him fired. i dont really understand it either though. i highly doubt they will find another coach as good as shanahan

Nice video man. Wow how can you fire a coach like Mike Shanahan. Mike Shanahan is a great head coach, and even if the Broncos feel that they need a change, I think there are a few ways they could have gone about getting a new HC other than firing him. They could have allowed him to resign or maybe keep him on the staff as the offensive coordinator. Im just sayin that he is an awesome coach and he doesnt deserve to be treated like garbage...

Mike you will truely be missed you gave us good memories and back 2back superbowls. With a very high win percentage I dont think this was the right move for R team, b/C I dont see any 1 else of ur stature as a coach we have a good offensive scheme going with a new coach comin in I feel this will make set backs for R young Qb & players now we have to re build around a new coach & rebuild are weak areas not a smart move in my eyes as a Bronco fanatic BUT I WILL SAY THIS THANKS MIKE 4THE GREAT YRS
