  • and they act surprised when they catch us "working the numbers". I figure it like this, when i found out how they are screwing us, i found a way to screw back, if and when they see it, i will have acquired enough to move on. We are going to get screwed by someone, we just have to find a way to screw back till u can move on and up.

  • Welcome to the downfall of America. Every magor corporation uses some ridiculous metrics system to gauge perfomance. The problem is 1 - customer service is not like working an assembly line and 2 - these numbers can be manipulated easily usually by management to give a false sense that everything is ok even though the ship may be sinking.

  • reminds me of my job a few years back

  • This is the future.

  • thats pretty deep.. hang ups like that happen n are not taken into account..numbers are a good idea but not to the point you can get fired for'em.. if its that serious order flow issues & stb swaps should be given time...

  • good point about mcdonalds! never thought of it that way

  • So then by rights the manager should be fired due to the fact that he could not figure a way to correct the problems the tech was experiencing! IE; Poor Managerial set skills and unable to effectively direct technicians.

This is about as illegal as it gets.

    Darwinism workforce mentality!

  • sad but true!!!
