We are one of the most hated countries for a lot of reasons. American tourists have to be very careful when traveling out-of-country. I am not saying that we should just abandon the Iraqis to their doom. I only strongly disagree with America's other reasons for being over there. A close friend of my father's family, Kevin Berger, was shipped to Iraq about a month ago. He's an engineer. If he returns to us, it will be in December 2008.

A close friend of my father's family, Kevin Berger, was shipped to Iraq about a month ago. He's an engineer. If he returns to us, it will be in December 2008.

freedom must always be protected and fought for because it isn't promised to know one. We must honor our military and pay our respects toward not only our countries military but, also our allies military becase many have sacificied themselves. Sadly some will never come home to see their loved ones, families, and friends. To me this is the ultimate sacfice anyone can make. Giveing your life not only for your country, family, friends, but also for millions of people you don't know.

Thank you for the comment, you are right, this was not a political video, and the simple reality is that I didn't interject my belief's on the war for that reason. I believe that whatever we may think politically we all need to get behind the troops, those who fight for and defend our freedom with courage and sacrifice in the deepest sense of bravery. Americans decide things all the time, and our military is entirely volunteer. You sign the dotted line and you SWEAR to do your duty. War isnt about killing people, it is about destroying the oppositions capacity to either fight you or oppress you via the acquistion of resources, deployment of military (combat) forces to kill enemy combat forces, or to disuade the enemy with proliferation (Hence "cold war")
