  • Claudio. <3

  • This album is so raw and untainted by studio production... Me gusta.

  • This album is like C&C's Zeppelin I: Straightforward, powerful, establishing a general sound for the band to be built upon in later albums.

  • this is why i have two coheed tattoos

  • love this tune! best part is the last 10 seconds "and ill be bigger"

  • @Smashingpumpkins88 hahahaha i agree

  • Just getting into Coheed's early stuff. Tis freakin awesome. Curse me for not checking it out earlier.

  • @stratocaster1986able It was the same with me, TSSTB was the last album I checked out from them. I saved the best for last :)

  • @PyrHead I like fish.

  • @gearsofwolf amazing.

  • @stratocaster1986able AND JOSH IS BACK NOW :D

  • @stratocaster1986able listen to their shabutie stuff. thats also amazing

  • can anyone tell me what the song is about. I know it is about claudio saying goodbye to his parents coheed and cambria? i am not sure

  • This stuff's rad.

  • I have an autograph from Cludio

  • @KidPlanesTv he drew the keywork on my guitar when i met coheed :D

  • @JoKeRzCaRdProDucTion Really lol

  • @JoKeRzCaRdProDucTion

    you lucky bastard

  • Did anybody else listen to the song? I did. It ruled.

  • Day 19: Running low on supplies, still havent found supremebeing87 comment. May god be with me.

  • @07LeeMoore07 what if he... deleted his comment? *gasp*

  • @07LeeMoore07 Day 20: Discovered Ctrl+f

    Feel like a retard.

  • that chorus/outro is the most intense fucking thing ive ever heard

  • @TAYGUNOV its a very under rated coheed moment imo. I'm glad i got to experience it live during neverender sstb

  • I love how on this video everyone is raging on about these harsh comments and arguing, but you actually don't see any of the actual arguing and comments at all.

  • it makes me sad knowing that i'll never be able to write anything as good as this

  • i fucking hate this song, but i love it with just as much,if not more intensity

  • mmmmm verbal ass ruinage, tasty.

    people need to "be bigger."

  • Neverender, that;s right the nonsense never ends.Another great song.

  • why are all you dumb fucks arguing on the comments for a fucking song? just listen to the song....it's not that difficult to do....i don't understand why you waste so much time and energy bitching at each other

  • coheed videos on youtube always have the longest, harshest arguments on them.........

  • @knowledgefarmer You think Coheed gets a lot of harsh comments, you should go look at some AFI songs.

  • @knowledgefarmer dude you should go look at some skrillex or escape the fate videos

  • really go be a troll sum were else

im just here to listen to music

  • i was tryna look for supremebeing87 cuz the top comments were responses ._.

  • @xXxJohn990xXx Did you find it?

  • @xXxJohn990xXx No D:

  • @xXxJohn990xXx you adressed this comment to yourself lol

  • What an epic song.

  • I literally can't help to nod my head to this song O.o

  • FUCK YES!

  • lol the featured suggestion is miley cyrus party in the usa lmfao

  • Lol why is everyone talking about 'a girl screaming' at the end of Three Evils? What girl screams like that? It's an 'Onstantine priest's' screech which is like nails on a fucking chalkboard...in the most insanely awesome way.

  • milftitties wooot!!!!!!

  • i can't hear this song enough. my boyfriend says i say every one of their songs is my favorite, but this one truly is. the words hit close, the music is... RAWR, Claudio's voice... it's just an epic song! and live... wow. thank you, Claudio, Travis, Mic & Chris :)

  • @notp1nk josh was the drummer -__-

  • @matthewsinist3r okay: thank you, Josh :p

  • RAWR!

  • Didn't know they've got a female singer...

  • @pray06 What? They don't...

  • @pray06 Oh fuck off.

  • @pray06

Omg a troll, wait guys we have to burn them, if we cut it up it will just spawn more!

  • So.

  • I love the bass parts. Can't wait to see them live.

  • which song is the one where like a girls yelling at the beginging?

  • @TheMaxCortez The Suffering maybe? Although that is not at the beginning.

  • @TheMaxCortez You might be thinking of The Crowing, from Silent Earth: 3. It's got a girl's scream at the beginning.

  • @0ebba no it doesnt...

  • @weezproductions Dude, I got the CD; yes, it does. First random choire, sound of rain, girl screaming, then that bad-ass riff that's The Crowing's verse.

  • @0ebba Im afraid your mistaken, that is Three Evils (Embodied in Love and Shadow) playing before The Crowing, three evils ends with a girl screaming and then The Crowing starts, I also have the CD and if you rip it on iTunes or Windows Media Player you will see that they are separate tracks, of course Three Evils preceding The Crowing.

  • @weezproductions The screech that follows the girls screaming in Three Evils is supposed to be an Onstantine Priest from what I've heard.

  • who else is equally as amazed at the backup vocals as claudio's?

  • @BlueRhythm64 that voice... is so girly... its the manliest voice of all...

  • @justdontask3 nice contradiction asswipe

  • @TaTaDaMan09 wow whatd i do to you? im an asswipe cuz i made a joke? im sorry my sense of humor isnt good enough for you...

  • @justdontask3 you dissed claudio's voice braah.. i see no humor in that

  • @TaTaDaMan09 so saying somebody has the manliest voice of all is an insult? thats news to me...

  • @justdontask3 no if you could of read what i say instead continuing to be a dumbass then you would know that i said nice contradiction..you diss his voice by saying its girly.. then you go and say its manly..which in my book is a contradiction....is it not to you?

  • @TaTaDaMan09 lmao... you think im a dumbass? im not the one who thinks a contradiction is an insult... i never insulted anybody besides you here... if you dont like the joke, dont call the person an ass cuz you think they arent funny...

  • @justdontask3 ok yo.. your a complete and utter dumb shit..dont mouth claudio or what sound comes out of his mouth..and im sorry but your "joke" is not funny..im sure alot more people were insulted by your bullshit freedom of speech..god i hate you humans..such a disgrace..go play in the highway bro and do us all a favor:) and you lost you speaking privilege , so do yourself a favor and stop back talking me before i ruin you

  • @TaTaDaMan09 lmao calling me an idiot... how could you 'ruin' me? its the internet ya know.... you cant do anything to me... and you hate humans? you realize you are one right? and trust me... my joke may not be funny to you, but other people do appreciate it, proof is in the fact that 2 people have thumbed it up... so im not alone... so seriously calling my joke not funny cuz you didnt like it doesnt make me an idiot... makes you an idiot..

  • @justdontask3 haha woahhhh 2 thumbs up..get a life bruh ..and ya i hate u humans.. the dumb fucks who think they are funny hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha ur not at all and ill prove it now.. if anybody agrees thumbs up this shiizzzz yo...ill beat ur 2 thumbs up in a day ;p dumbass motherfucker

  • @justdontask3 i wont physically ruin you u i will verbally ruin your ass.. keep fueling my fire

  • @BlueRhythm64 don't fuckin ugh this. if you don't like claudio's voice then get the hell off this video. claudio sanchez's voice is god.

  • @BlueRhythm64 I disagree completely. Claudio's voice is unique and beautiful.

  • @BlueRhythm64 The voice is like the best part? Are you dumb?

  • @BlueRhythm64 Fuck you. Enough said.

  • I am so in love with this album... But why is it that their more recent stuff reminds me of crap like HINDER?!

  • Claudio...aka...Falsetto King

  • @Jaybegee795 More like Falsetto Overlord.

  • I think this album is the best one, many will disagree, but many that are my age will not disagree.

  • @PatrioticFireworks i agree completely!

  • @PatrioticFireworks Totally. Their new stuff is so disappointing. Claudio's voice is unique in this first album.

  • @nayzany is there really not an album before this?

because i noticed this album name has "second" in it, then there's IKP of silent earth THREE, then GAI'mBS FOUR, so i thought there was a pattern :P

  • @misunderstoodblood It's their first studio album.

  • @misunderstoodblood

Year of the Black Rainbow was technically the first. It follows the story line as the first.

  • @misunderstoodblood This is their first studio album, but their most recent album, Year of the Black Rainbow, is the prequel to this one.

  • @misunderstoodblood This album is there first, it says Second Stage Turbine Blade because it follows the second chronological part in the Amory Wars story.

  • @Utheused4 i heard it was called the second stage turbine blade for a part his father made at the factory he was employed at when claudio was growing up. Im not saying you are wrong, just saying what i heard

  • @greasemonkey189 Yeah I heard that too I was just explaining the word "second" in the album title.

  • @Utheused4 The 'second stage' is in reference to the part of the engine that would not be used until the first stage is exhausted, much like space shuttle launches.

  • @flipINcopOUT Oh, thank you, now I understand.

  • @PatrioticFireworks your right on so many levels, i can listen to every song on this album, i love em all . cant say the same for the good appolos or year of the black rainbow .

  • @matthewsinist3r I can......lol

  • anyone else think claudio has the voice of an angel? well, i dont really care if you guys do or not :) cuz i think he does ^.^

  • lol ya'll are crazy

  • Brings back some good memories. I completely forgot about this band and this song since high school.

  • beautiful music! still love this song in 2011! great song!

  • ...best band ever...

  • oh my god! this protein milkshake is soooo goood!!!!!

  • god damn coheed you guys fuckin blow me away everytime i hear ya!!

  • I doubt there will be any new music like this in the future any time soon... and that makes me sad.

Coheed and Cambria are legends in the making.

  • here in there after the FIRE!

  • Neverender = Song I will never get tired of. <3

  • This song is in the running for "The most I've ever listened to a song repeatidly after first listen"

  • The greatest song on the album

  • favorite song by them :)

  • hahaha

    billy mays mode

    lolz

  • honestly who even argues on youtube comments? These should before asking/answering questions about the video and stuff like that.

  • i learnt today that the lead vocalist writes the songs base on his books he's writing

    that awesome

    such emotion in the songs

i get a little carried away getting into it

  • @bl3ach23 yeah, they're comics called The Amory Wars. I used to like this band a little but i read the comics and it made me like them a lot more. They're pretty epic. i love this band now!

Claudio Sanchez is a fuckin genius

  • @bl3ach23 actually, if you want to get technical, the comic books are based on his songs, not the other way around.

their most recent album came with a 300+ page novel as well, which was interesting

  • love this song

  • Fantastic album.

  • 3:24 EARGASMIC JESUS

  • @Mastashakenbake Wait till you hear em live! When he yells after the fire it just echos through your brain and just mindfucks you and your standing there going whatever just happened, I like it... ;)

  • Damn, this is my all time favorite bands... I don't care what anyone says, Year of the Black Rainbow is still an amazing album. I am constantly amazed by Coheed and Cambria, and their ability to tie their music to the Amory Wars. It's beatiful. They are very unique... and can vary their performances.

  • Coheed and Cambria is my favorite band because every single album they make is drasticly different from their last...and they pull it off every fucking time. no one can say 'oh they changed i liked their old stuff better' because IKSOSE:3 is way different than TSSTB and Good Apollo 1 is WAYYYYYYY different than both of them as well. so far they have pulled off Prog Rock, Alt Rock, Metal, Popish (nwfr) rock and what i interprit as industrial rock (NWFT) whats next guys :]

  • coheed causes stains to happen in my bed while im sleeping

  • Splendid album.

  • After The Fallout

    November

  • Awesome song.

  • my favorite album ever

  • What are so many people getting all worked up about. Good music is good music, learn to accept that and then we can all get along and melt our brains into a mound of milky musical pleasure to the sound of gutair strings dancing around our ears.

  • awesome song

  • @PyrHead Fuck You. I have an orgasm with every song you upload. So go now and buy me a new pair of pants please

  • Less than a week till i see them live, I really hope they play this song

  • Honestly SSTB and IKSOSE3 fanboys are really annoying...."the new stuff sucks" is a bullshit comment even if it is someone's opinion, and bringing up guitar solos as an example that they are being controlled? Really, get a life.

  • @jimifriedman18 do you think we give a shit that you think we're annoying? you're the ones who ruined the band for us, so kindly fuck off. i like how you didn't even refute my point and just referenced it and said "get a life" in response. nice argument, you cunt. what's easier to listen to, a guitar solo that is so comfortably mediocre because it's been done 1000 times and you've heard it all the time or something challenging and unfamiliar like their first two records?

  • @BadCompany2113 Fuck you needle dick prick. Get a fucking life you fucking twat pocket. I've been listening to the band since they came out. I love the all the albums, but to trash the band because they want to try something new, is just a dick head move. I never even read your comment you faggot. I was talking in general about the dick heads in case point you, who just dish out on the newer albums cause it's different. So if you don't like the new albums fine but don't drone on about it.

  • @BadCompany2113 And to "refute" your point on guitar solos yes, they're a bit less challenging and familiar, but I honestly don't think coheed gives a damn what you think. They perform every year to make music for the love of music not to impressed so youtube troll on the internet. It's alot easier to sit behind a computer screen and diss an album without out trying to understand the music, then go out and give it a chance because it's not what you're used to.

  • this song fucking rocks

  • I fucking LOVE this song!!!!!

  • coheed's old shit is better. period. no world etc sucked and year of the black rainbow might as well be by a different band. second stage and in keeping secrets are better than anything they've made since. the only thing that even comes close is good apollo 1 but even that's a stretch.

  • @Decline488 though you will get flamed hardcore for stating this, i agree wholeheartedly. anyone that says that the same band that wrote SSTB wrote NWFT or this year of the black rainbow shit is cracked out. people will tell me that it's all about a band "maturing" but i'll have none of that shit. you listen to the first two albums where there were NO GUITAR SOLOS and the last three where there are SOLOS EVERY FUCKING SONG and tell me that's a musical maturation.

  • Comment removed

  • @BadCompany2113 wtf is wrong with the solos??????? ok if u hate the 'coming home' solo u can go suck ur moms dick! i think they got better is all as in skill level... and used it... i love both styles equally! just shows they are epic on all different levels!!!!!!

  • if u like the song vote up

  • The music theory in this song beats almost any song I have heard from any artist. This truly is their best album, they made it first, they made it right. They had more soul and talent here then at any other time in their career. The Second Stage Turbine Blade. One of the best albums ever.

  • Coheed and Cambria could possibly be one of the best bands of our generation.

  • second stage turbine blade is definitely my favorite album.

i can listen to it over and over and just not get sick of it.

with each song comes a new set of excitement for me.

    coheed is an amazing band.

  • WE ARE ALL COHEED FANS, AND THERE IS NO REASON FOR ANY OF US TO GET SHORT WITH EACH OTHER! WE ARE THE CHILDREN OF THE FENCE, DAMNIT! TO EVERYONE, THE BOTTOM LINE IS THAT YOU'RE ON THIS PAGE BECAUSE YOU LIKE THIS SONG AND THAT'S WHAT YOU WANTED TO LISTEN TO! SO LISTEN TO IT AND BE THANKFUL COHEED CREATED SUCH BEAUTIFUL MUSIC!

  • @supremebeing87 100 percent agree mate

  • @supremebeing87 well said, and i like the idea of all the fans being children of the fence

  • @supremebeing87

    BILLYMAYS MODE, MOTHERFUCKER.

  • @supremebeing87 I LOVE THE CAPS LOCK BUTTON TOO!!!!

  • @supremebeing87 I as well, like you idea of us all being children of the fence, i would gladly label myself with such an amazing title.

  • @bloodyroadahead that's fuckin weird

  • @muffinsNsausage how is that weird?

  • @bloodyroadahead sounds like a cult, and it's just weird. it's like you're saying your coheed and cambria's "children" which is weird

  • @supremebeing87 Roid rage?

  • @supremebeing87 ur a turd burglar

  • @supremebeing87 Your comment gave me chills

  • @supremebeing87 CAPS LOCK ARE YOU READY TO UNLEASH THE FUCKING FURY!!!!!!

  • @howlingdarkness THIS IS FURY PVP! THERE IS NO STOPPING US!

  • @supremebeing87 Fuck yeah!

  • YOTBR is a freaking awesome album... if you've never heard their earlier stuff. YOTBR is their rawest album? It's the most over-produced, right next to NWFT. The songwriting is over-simplified, and some of the vocal arrangements almost made me gag. Pennie is an awesome drummer, which is evident on some of the songs (Guns of Summer, In The Flame of Error), but I prefer the hi-hat raping style of Josh Eppard. I hate to say it, because it does sound gay, but they've gone mainstream.

  • Best Album ever. Not one song I do not like. Year of the black rainbow however, blows. Not one song I like.

  • @xxwolfsrainxx Come on dude... in the flame of error?!?!

THIS SHATTERED SYMPHONY?!?! YOU GOTTA LOVE THAT EVIL RIFF!!!

    Wrong, man

  • @MikeTheGuy00

na Man. I've listened to every song on the album including this one. Don't like any of it. The music is okay but I mean their style sucks so much in this album. In this CD they sound more raw and punk and I like it. In this new one they sound like crap. In In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth: 3 they sound amazing as well. Again not a song I can dislike in that album. Good Apollo was good as well. But dude I will forever think Year of the black rainbow is shit

  • @xxwolfsrainxx you'll forever be shit yourself for being such a little bitch.... if you were in claudio's place... what would you do ya know? write TSSTB like 4 times? maybe 8... or 16 times.... i'm sure you get it and i don't know if you're a troll or not... but year of the black rainbow has more epicness in it than in keeping secrets and the drums are more intricate around this time.... they made a big turn in their music without sounding like anyone else and stayed the same.

  • @xxwolfsrainxx World of lines. Different style? Dude... just like all their older albums, you got claudio playing 3 chords over the chorus the whole time and travis playing the lead riff. There are similarities of simplistic punk stuff. Guns of summer? Man... if you can't get stimulated by just the drums alone, something is wrong with you as a coheed and cambria fan. Made out of nothing. That's still the same style as earlier shit. Like i said before. Like 3 chords played constantly. Same shit

  • @Taterlulz It's the same structure, yes, but the actual music written for each song is different, that's the point. Yes claudio is playing 3 chords over Travis' main riff in almost all their songs, but the actual riffs and chords are different. They have the same skeleton, if you will, but the flesh surrounding that skeleton is what sets the songs apart, and we happen to think the flesh in SSTB is prettier and more emotional than in YOTBR or NWFT.

  • @Taterlulz It's kind of like how you can compare 'Blood Red Summer' to 'Feathers'. They are both great coheed songs, and both similar in structure and musical style, but 'Blood Red Summer' is just a better song to me because the riffs and vocal melodies and chorus are all much better than in 'Feathers'. That's the point. And, keep in mind I'm not trying to tell you you're wrong, I'm only trying to get you to understand why we have our opinions. That's all it is, opinions. cool? :)

  • @supremebeing87 Ice cold nigger.

  • @xxwolfsrainxx And okay! we understand. This is where coheed and cambria started off. Gotta love it. But they're too fast for your slow ass. Year of the black rainbow is their most raw album. They even have 'the black rainbow' in there... it's like the brink... but it's all different. It's also up there with good apollo on the emotion scale... if you can't feel the emotions coming from the songs in the new album... you're missing alot. You already are missing something. Wide music taste.

  • @Taterlulz actually sstb is their rawest album. YOTBR is amazing, but it is the only other coheed album that disappoints on some levels besides NWFT. NWFT and YOTBR are the only coheed albums that have songs I don't really like, whereas their first 3 are gold from beginning to end.

  • @supremebeing87 Thats because those albums are the end of the story... Of course he cant make the beginning more epic than the end... God you people dont understand.

  • @xxwolfsrainxx Claudio wrote this shattered symphony about people like you guys. Nice.

  • @iLikeeTuurtles Claudio Sanchez. He is one of the guitarists as well.

  • I love YOTBR, but it is my least favorite out of all the albums.

Hm, make that second to least favorite. Don't get me wrong, I like NWFT, but not as much as the other albums.
