That said, beginning a song with "Duh duh duh duh duh-duh..." does not express musicimanship in any way. Creativity, perhaps, but certainly not musicimanship. Listen to Underoath or The Chariot, even Mae for crying out loud, but don't listen to mainstream and call it music. It truely is an insult to the real musicians in the industry.

If a band is mainstream, it means they're doing everything in their power to please as many people as possible, and the actual purpose for the existence of music is forgotten. Music was created to be an honest expression of the artist's inner being, and so many mainstream "artists" completely forget that and just write whatever will make them a quick buck.

lead singer sucks live when he sings. His notes are flat and he can barely get them out. He sounds like he is going through puberty. I wont ever see ADTR live. Ill stick to the cds where they sound good. Ide rather go see a good band live like For today or the devil wears prada. Im sure that attack attack are good live too.
