There is no need to know the spec. Just get the following:

1. Car 12V --> USB power adapter

2. USB --> PSP power cable.

You can get then charge PSP using car 12V.

well a standard psp slim charger from wall outlet is 2 amps at 5 volts doing tests ive gotten about 5.2 volts and well over 2 amps of power very easily and it has a built in voltage regulator i believe because i cant get it over 5.2 volts no matter how fast i spin it

Notice the following:

1. 12v --> USB adapter LED lights up.

2. PSP power LED turned from green to orange

3. PSP on screen battery indicator (top-right corner) flashes (indicating the device is currently charging).
