Basketball players who mentally rehearse making perfect shots also improve their performance. I think there needs to be some foundation of already-present muscle memory before such changes can take place, but the imagination is a powerful force to create change. As Einstein said, "Imagination is more important than knowledge."
Absolutely! The concept of visualization as a way to change our realities is definitely something that has been used in professional sports and is now evolving into a form of meditation and therapy for people in everyday life. What If? The Movie shows how we can change our subconscious thoughts and prior mental programming in order to change our current realities. So amazing!
Ephedra and Ephedrine diet pills are scientifically proven to melt fat and raise metabolism without diet or exercise.
Xenadrine RFA-1, Metabolife 356, Hydroxycut, Metabolift, and more.
HEAT SCA Stack will give you the strong stimulant effect of pharmaceutical grade diets. Contains also Cayenne Pepper, the secret ingredient Beyonce used for her role in "Dreamgirls." It is all natural and will not give you the side effects of the pharmaceutical ones. Click on my name above.
This movie holds a very positive, powerful message...I understand you must have proof, but I also simply appreciate people that move forward with the notion of how we CAN accomplish great things and "de- programme" ourselves.
I read about a woman that cured herself of a brain tumor with what youre mentioning (and yoga )after the doctors gave her a few months to live...she said it was "will power" , too.....
In What If? The Movie, Brandon Bays is interviewed about a very similar experience. She has been sharing her journey with battling a life threatening illness for some time now and inspiring so many others. Her clip is here on YouTube as well!
I've seen this too, sort of along the lines of positive visualization and , as mentioned, mental rehearsal. I'd like to see/ hear more about the research they have about building muscle, etc...how did they do it? This is very interesting, great ideas for a film but I would love to see more of the hard core research. I truly find this topic very fascinating ....sorry for my 2 cents, I'll be quiet now...; )
try doing yoga for a few years and taking your practice"off the mat"& into how you perceive life....that's how I got in touch with how powerful the mind is, I think what Mr. Dispenza is saying has alot of validity & it excites me!
Im going to force my Catholic family to watch this on Christmas Day! LOL...just kidding. This is very cool, I love to know more about this way of thinking.
Q: Can this movie be bought in Europe yet? Thanks for yr reply

Lots of athletes use this method, I believe. They use it to get "in the zone" - it's not as weird as it sounds.
