@m305gangster Da 12th man is Hurricane fan Shelton Douthett. He told his brother that was in the hospital that once he got better he would wear his Miami uniform to a game. His brother ended up passing away but Shelton still wore his uniform and he wears it to every Miami game to honor his brother.

I always wondered who that kid was and how he got in the stadium in full game gear. He was in the section next to mine (Sec 112, lower bowl) all season.

@prod1gy3000 this is a very vague outline, but he promised his brother who was ill he would go to a game in full Canes kit when his brother got out of hospital. His brother never left, he passed away, and his brother has worn the full kit to every game ever since.
