this is interesting because i brought a Microsoft mouse recently and when i was setting up the 2 extra buttons on it i found a thing called 'instant viewer' which is exactly the same as the program in this video....dose this 'instant viewer' come with vista or did it come with the mouse?!?!

you need to enable aero... it didn't work for me at first, but once i enabled aero, it was ok... go to control panel, then change color scheme, then click on windows aero.

I used WinFlip it works with windows 2000 all the way to windows vista home basic. I have windows vista basic and it works pretty nice it works the same way like the one that ultimate already has its pretty nice.

You need to have Aero enabled. Vista home basic doesnt have Aero, sorry. You will need to hack the home basic registry to enable Aero first.
