hey AFGprince...calm down...as earthquake has pointed out the lyric even says go to peshawar...last time i checked peshawar isn't in afghanistan?!?chill out and stop being such an ignorant hater okay? kashmir has a lot of pathans and so does all of pakistan...like it or not a lot of our ancestries cross and mix and whatnot. so get over it:)
OMG...may I respond? OK here is it: firstly, songs like Bibi Sheerenay etc are old Pashto songs..so they are very popular in Afghanistan AND Pakistan...in case you don't know one of Pakistan's 4 provinces is NWFP (im being sarcastic seriously)
just the ignorance....I mean one of the songs says "go to PESHAWAR"
these are legendary songs passed down from generation to generation and mostly done in Pakistan now (as the singers are from Pakistan)
aoo ya been curious for too long,,,let me break this long silence, yes both of them are originated from Pakistani pashtoon built...shouldnt come to u as surprize that 17% of Pakistanis 1st or mother lang is Pashtoo.
No it isn't a suprise to me but because it is pashtun built, that doesn't necessarily make them Afghan. And Pashtuns originated from AFGHANISTAN, not PAKISTAN. Afghanistan long existed before Pakistan even came about.. so yeah.
rora...since when is "lar sha pekhawar ta" an Afghan song...its a pushto songs bro we can both enjoy it and you can't say the belong to one...fine they belong to Afghanistan but pathans/pakistanis are allowed to sing them due to the massive pashton history/population of the country
this is in Mason right? what year was it though?
