oh. i can fix this, add me on ps3 i'll guide you through. you need to rebuild the database if this doesnt work, and rebuilding the database is easy but u need to know what to do.

i have exactly the same prob! when i sign in all my friends list loads fine but in the bottom there will be 1 up to 3 friends that they are not loading! it only shows the psn id without avatar and last sing in information! i have this prob 3 days now and it pisses me off!
