Many have stumbled on the this phrase due to their christan backgrounds, taking this as proof that a man is only to have one wife. The word flesh in this verse is the hebrew word bashar. Gesenius' Hebrew Lexicon pg 147 shows it means a relative. the hebrew english lexicon by brown driver and briggs shows it also has the meaning of kindred... the word one comes from the hebrew word achad #259 and 258 in strongs which means united, unified.. which ties in with col 3:15 and 1 cor 12:27,14

here is more evidence that it is lawful for a man to have more than one wife... gen 2:24 .... and they will be as one flesh. Many people have used this scripture thing that Yahweh intended for man to have only one wife at a time(allowing remarriage if a spouse dies). However, understanding Yahwehs plan and putting line upon line, the scriptural ideal marriage can be understood. In gen 2:24 we read that man is to join with a a wife and be "one flesh".

So through this covenant agreement a family is being formed and made in the likeness of Yahweh.

If they say there are. Prove it. Tithe was money based. I got bible for that. I know people like to run to Jesus when he said to the Pharisees you tithe mint, anise etc. NO MENTION OF MONEY & we know they had money. Judas didn't get 30 sticks, he got 30 pieces of silver. @NegroXFile Let me also add. I don't have problem with a church doing a tithe. I don't believe it to be sin. However I do have a problem when a church recieves tithes & don't follow wholely. 99.9% of the churches that receives tithes. Don't give the whole tithe in the 3rd year to the poor & widowed. I got bible for that. They don't release people from the tithe in 7th year. Got bible for that too & I would just about none of them don't do the feasts. If you going to hold to it. Go ALL the way.
