After the financial crisis hit Lithuania the car was sold back to Western Europe where it came from... and the owner went back to London to work as a waiter...
@feuerwehrmichi It a German engineered car, it can take it. My a6 has 460,000km on it and it still pulls like hell right up to my 220km/h cruising speed, haha
@meedic man Im from Slovakia - and workers here are poor :D but tell me one thing - is that true ? - 5000€ for changing the turbos on S4 ? whole car costs about 7000-8000 < € from germany
@ktosi11 my audi dealer told me it would be approx. about 5000€, he also told me the whole engine has to be put out to change the turbos, because they are mounted behind the engine. if i'd go to a free mechanic, it would be cheaper. and S4's here in germany are more like >10k, i only found one for 8k, and it had no navigation, no seatheating, no leather. who the hell buys an S4 without these things?
@meedic bullshit I found S4 in our country for 9300€- in FULL -160 000km xenon leather navi seatheating... only one S4 B5 avant in Slovakia its from germany full equipage for 9300€ (in germany cars are much cheaper than here) sry for my en...
@ktosi11 in Norway an s3 2000 1.8l 120.000-180.000 km cost around 16.000€ and s4 same year and km is around 25.000€, its sick. But still need one :D s3 i think, cant afford an s4 :(
@STFO123 ok but that is the highest price for that cars ? cuz here u can found s3 or s4 for 15 000 - 20 000€ too... but prices start at cca 10 000 € and more....

Petrol in Lithuania costs about 1.91 $ :). And minimal wage is about 340 $. So it's an expensive car to take car of.

Damn I didn't see the mileage at first. How is the car running at that mileage? I'm picking an S4 up soon and would like to know.

NDreWkaz 2 years ago
How much do you estimate the maintenance costs each year? Also is it a b6?
kontknager 2 years ago
@NDreWkaz not expensive? changing the turbos costs around 5000€, because the whole engine has to be put out, you call this not expensive? haha!
meedic 2 years ago
@meedic > had no prob with turbo, so didn't change it, so maintenance was not expensive :)
NDreWkaz 2 years ago
ok ;) what did you have to repair on it anyways?
meedic 2 years ago
@NDreWkaz wtf 250 000 km on S4 and still never changed the turbos ? O.O
ktosi11 1 year ago
