The cool thing about this is that the whole section that the air goes through that would normally be for turbines acts as air cooling, and the surface area below it acts as another wing, so it is VERY full of lift.

Looks like it is trying very hard to stay up... look at the how high the nose needs to be.

Needs to go faster or larger wings.

fabulous what a fun looking aircraft...looks very stable...so whens the kits available and how much.

I do think the rear landing gear are too far aft of CG, since rotation at take off seems labored, and touch down literally throws the nose down on the pavement.

The engine sounds very good for a 2 stroke, wonder what kind it is?

@wwindtalker Agreed, the mains do seem to be a bit too far aft, but hey... if that's the only problem it's got, then cool! Pretty awesome little plane... hilarious miniature "copy" of the F35

I read the comments before watching the vid, so am wondering why you think the rear landing gear legs are too far aft of the C of G......Bearing in mind this is a rear engined aircraft with the fuel and C of G quite far back.

Congratulations & Well done! Very attractive as well. It looks like stable flight is at a nose high attitude. Would it be worthwhile to adjust the wing incidence to have a more level nose?

@art871 Γειά σου. Ο Αρχων είναι πρωτότυπο αεροσκάφος και αυτό σημαίνει ότι δεν υφίσταται άλλο παρόμοιο. Αν εννοείς να σχεδιάσεις και να το κατασκευάσεις κάτι τέτοιο μόνος σου θα εξαρτηθεί από τις γνώσεις καi την εμπειρία που έχεις. Αν όμως μιλάς για κατασκευή απο ΚΙΤ τότε τα πράγματα είναι απλούστερα διότι εξαρτάται από τη μέθοδο και τα εγχειρίδια συναρμολόγησης, τη καθοδήγηση και την υποστήρηξη που σου παρέχεται από το σχεδιαστή και κατασκευαστή του αεροσκάφους.
