Hey this clip reminds me of a music video I saw a while back but I can't for the life of me remember the artist or title!!!

It begins with a few people in a parking lot (or at least I think it is) and they start dancing, and as the clip progresses they invite more people to this party, then they arrange for a dump truck of sand, then they get beach chairs, then an inflatable pool, then palm trees also (so they eventually turn this parking lot into an urban beach).
