custom firmware, you need 5.50 GEN D3 to work the game, thats the only custom firmware that will work with the game (as of now)

why cant they make a US version?

coz USA kills all if not most jap games with horrible voice overs, and too much licensing issues, ie, they need a license for every individual gundam series to even have a chance of getting it into the US
