Go out and buy yourself 2 tyre levers, save yourself some time and pinchers in the tube.

you should start from the disk side and you will not cut your hands on the sprocket if you slip.

Excellent !!!!!! I should have looked this up yesterday, instead of trying to 'go it alone'. All I ended up with was a blood spattered kitchen, and the humiliation of having to take the whole lot down to KTM, blood still dripping from my knuckles. I've seen where I went wrong, though. Thankyou.
